  1. Whats crazy is that fat fug was like the most loved teacher when his fat ass started his career in high school teaching. https://www.nj.com/giants/2019/12/if-not-for-dave-gettleman-id-be-dead-or-in-jail-stories-about-giants-gms-past-as-drivers-ed-teacher-football-coach.html
  2. Depends on your qb, only works for about 6 to 8 qb in the league. If you qb isn't top end elite you still have to rely on the run game to get into 3rd and manageable situations. Imagine Bryce playing on 3rd and 3 and 3rd and 2 all the way down the field (sounds great doesnt it?) now imagine it being 3rd and 10 a few times down the field after some unfortunate throws.
  3. Bosa was ranked #1. I always try to remind folks, Brian Burns has never had a consistent offense to play off of in his entire career, save the end of last year where he thrived. There is a reason he is worth 2 #1 picks plus more, a lot of you can't see it because our schemes have sucked, he has had no compliment on the other end, and we rarely played with a big lead for him to exploit.
  4. I thought Cam already came out and said Bryce was better than him in that video he listed QBs better than him he would back up.
  5. I thought early on I saw, (or just assumed), that the draft this year was on a Friday, April 28th. It has been on friday for a few years. Now I'm seeing this. Can someone confirm the actual date?
  6. I loved McCown saying "They're professional WRs, make them prove it" or something to that effect, basically meaning force the throw away from trouble
  7. That was not the case when he was still young, as his contract gobbled up the cap he had to make do with just his one weapon and a bunch of jags situation he is in now. Get Hop on 1-year deal and convince him that he can prove he can stay healthy here and get his bag next season.
  8. They showed some of us when we hosted the Dolphins during our last joint practices against the dolphins/hard knocks.

  10. Breeland anyone? He said he wants to come back now that the clown show is gone.
  11. Playing from behind, abandoning the run, passing to get baxk in the lead and typically forcing throws (Panthers football for the last three years). They are saying we rely on the run to set up the pass, which we do, and with a rookie qb we could be playing from behind a lot as they learn to consistently convert on third downs and when we play against teams with a robust and fast paced passing game will find ourselves down. I find it plausible but the writer did a terrible job explaining.
  12. I have a Jersey from last year and Bryce's new jersey if anyone wants I can post a pic of them side-by-side, the older jerseys def look WAYY off next to the new Jerseys. Basically the old color now looks like teal next to the pretty blue of Process Blue.
  13. Just a thought experiment. Was looking at a list of top 10 back-up QB's in the league and the red rifle came in at #2. And that got me thinking... even though he's our back-up, is he one the best QB we've had on the roster in the last few seasons? The List: Kyle Allen Taylor Heinicke Bridgewater PJ Tucker Sam Darnold Andy Dalton Baker Mayfield Post-Patriots Cam Newton My Ranking: Bridgewater Andy Dalton Taylor Heinicke Post-Patriots Cam Newton Sam Darnold Baker Mayfield Kyle Allen PJ Tucker
  14. The cw is the death knell. i can promise you this was a courtesy to the crew and personnel and every single one of them knows this is the last season
  15. Get him and we can get to the nfc champ game year 1 if bryce hits
  16. Keep in mind teams let media film individual drills because they're almost always layups lol
  17. If you watch his presser he said all the right things, so much so that I think the press kinda got uninterested in the dynamics of him vs bryce towards the end when they realized he's happy in the situation. Great Presser.
  18. Think of it as players being cards in a deck. You go into "battle" each week with 46 cards out of your deck of 53 because of injuries creating an "unfair" advantage. If you could use all 53 cards during a "Battle" the team that has 1 superstar and 2 above average players and 2 average players on the sidelines for that week for any number of short term injuries would be fighting the "battle" with 48 cards against a team with good health playing 53 cards creating an inherent unfair advantage. Now, if it is conducive in 2023 for this rule to exist (it is to a degree) and could the NFL benefit from expanding 53-man rosters to like 55 or 58-man rosters to allow more players and therefor allowing more active slots on gameday is def a good point to go after the NFL for..
  19. I live in Nashville so def the easy one for me lol
  20. I've started saying I'm a 69ers fan just to fug with people now
  21. Unfortunately, Titans won the release schedule contest, but probably one of only a few things they win this year. Best schedule release video in years in my opinion, laughed my ass off. Falcons have already changed their name in homage:
