Matt got fired after 1-4 start after two straight years of 5 wins. Reich was clearly more of a detriment than people want to think. Dave was patient with Ron and with Matt. Ford did the same thing with Patricia that anyone should have, cut bait early when it was needed. Who ever is hired this year is gonna have a longer leash and probably 3 year minimum.

Florio likes to present himself as “against the establishment” and he was doing the same thing to Jimmy Haslam 4 years ago and Cal NcNair last off season. He gets weirdly focused on going after owners. Their teams start winning and he shuts up.

Probably, Dan is the voice of dissent in the building from what I heard and even Zod pointed it out. For Zod to make a statement in this day and age shows you something. Dan has been around 2 different organizations that have success and because he can, he’s gonna model it that way.

Harbaugh was never going to Atlanta and the delay with the Bill thing makes me wonder if Atlanta is second-guessing itself on bringing in an established guy I’m also hearing rumblings that Mike Vrabel might not even be hired the cycle hewill have to take a year off.

The only “move” that would make people invest is bringing 2015 Cam back to Carolina in a Time Machine. This team knows the only way it can officially bring people back into is winning. There is nothing flashy that can be done. Preferably I’d rather they keep that mindset the time being.
