    Lol I love it. Denver has been putting all their bread in that basket. This also shakes up the Steelers plans. If we wanted to trade down this helps us.

    Having great technique goes a long way in being an interior guy, this is where his wrestling background greatly helps him.

    End of the day…if he’s not traded and he stays healthy it helps Carolina and if some team throws a 1st and a pick/a player then it helps Carolina so really as long as he’s healthy there isn’t a downside.

    There’s no way he doesn’t appeal. There probably is some argument that he was on a leave of absence. The thing is he was still under contract so idk.

    Thats the double edge sword with the tag. Yeah you get the money for a year but it’s a gamble that you could lose money for the next contract. There is a reason the players union hates the tag. Goodwin has the tape to show he’s a great receiver but if Kyle Trask is throwing to him next year teams are gonna knock him just for that year.

    They have the foundation for this to put them over the top. They do need more DB depth but if You can score 30+ every game fug it.

    Not having to franchise someone this year is a good thing. I’m actually shocked that Goodwin is open to the tag because he would make So much more money on the open market.

    Was watching the pre game to LA and Portland last night and they even admitted that if you were gonna lose on a goal that goal was the one to do it to because ain’t nothing you can do about it as opposed to some boneheaded mistake

    He’s being looked at for sure. If we are able to trade down he’s the pick 100%. We need an enforcer type. Haven’t had one in a while. We worry about penalties but Jensen from the Bucs does all the nasty work work we worry about and never gets called.

    I don’t know if this place would be saltier now or saltier when DJ, Shaq, or Burns gets all pro nods in situations where coaches work with them. again this places obsession with getting rid of talent is weird. I wasn’t a Deangelo fan but this place was super salty when he got his ass kicked into high gear by Tomlin.
