    If you read the article, my biggest take away is that it appears people in nfl circles are hearing that Scott is gone at the end of the year.

    I agree we are not the best but I just got turned off by him dropping out partly because everyone here painted it that he hates Carolina when he didn’t even continue with the other interviews so how would he know what he hated. Anyway I think a team like the Bills make a run at him…it would be funny if they fire McDermott with that goal and Ben went somewhere else…

    I was doing some research on those agencies and it’s very 50/50 across the league. They mainly help transition and get candidates laid out but also some “anonymous” nfl office types say they are the biggest crock in the world. They were able to get Tampa right with Arians.

    The more I think about it, I don’t like the idea but if Harbaugh says “I’ll come if you let me pick the GM” that’s probably something we are looking to see.

    It probably was the highest paid and one reason Tepper probably was upset with how things have gone. Reich said in his presser thanks for Dave for allowing him to go out and hire who he wants because money was no object for the staff.

    Honestly I would be ok with taking a stab on the “middle of the road” hire. Find the guy that works for you, not who espn wants to sell as a story line.

    Rhule and Ron were given time, Frank not so much because in reality this was year 6 for him. I think we finally tear everything up and hire a GM and then hire the coach so everyone is on the same page from the get go. Tepper was more than patient with Rhule then he should have been.

    Heck, our Thursday night game was watched more then 9 other Thursday night games last year or something. Granted it’s because of overall QB play but even the Chiefs have been dreadful on scoring. The league is for sure seeing some type of ripple from NCAA/NIL.

    This is talked about on the Reddit page everyday and with the amount of properties he’s apparently buying up around the stadium I highly doubt that.

    You can’t hire people from other teams anyway but the fact that no deals were made at trade deadline tells me that Scott knows he’s in hot water.

    Ben Johnson wanting a perfect situation is a red flag imo. Culture change was easy with the broncos post Fox but I don’t think it’s gonna be as easy to do it in Buffalo or LA. Maybe Washington will be the place but idk.
