McDermott reportedly wasn't the biggest fan of Cam
Panthercougar68 replied to t96's topic in Carolina Panthers
I subscribed to Tyler to read all three parts and wow...Buffalo on the outside has looked great but Sean has worn out his welcome on the inside...we have our problems but the coaches and players Tyler interviewed basically said the culture is "dreary" and has been. Basically they are winning in spite of Sean and even that is starting to wear thin. Shows you how things can change on the fly and our outside opinions can be completely wrong. -

Don’t know if this was mentioned but apparently this is a hit piece by Buffalo media to get Sean fired. (Don’t know if valid of not) -
Players on this team worth keeping?

Brown, Luvu, Horn, Yetur, BC, Icky, Corbett, Bozeman, Moton, Jansen, Hekker, Eddy, Tremble, Chuba, Bryce, Franklin, and Thielen (vet status) -
I have a feeling that Ben will be Buffalo's dream but if he goes there and doesn't deliver its gonna be funny how quickly they turn on him. The Panthers job isn't appealing but also doesn't have immediate pressure as the Buffalo Job (which I'm 75 percent sure will be open)

This is a general question, with a whole new regime do you watch the panthers with patience in 2024 or throw out the “it’s Dave’s fault” when we have losses. I think it’s partly the teams fault that they gave us expectations for 2023 but I kinda view it as 2020 again and we don’t know what to expect. Keep Pounding.

It's an organizational problem

Trevor has been polarizing to groups of people. It’s the low TD numbers for some reason but it’s also because Doug draws up runs in the red zone. Also people assume he would put up Manning numbers or something. -
Khan is the antithesis of Dave in that he doesn’t care/doesn’t pay attention to the Jags lol dude saw the writing on the wall and took his chance.

What’s funny is Rhule caused the “hiring from the circle” issue with what he did with his staff…Reich swung too far the other way…If say Harbaugh, Frank Smith, etc (nfl guys) get hired just let them hire who they want because they have nfl connections as opposed to Rhule. -

It was more than just Scott that did the texting too. -

This is why Scott isn’t marked safe from being fired, he’s had a bigger hand in this whole season then people think. Yeah Tepper has his faults but people on Frank’s staff and Scott were trying to hide things. -

Panthers aka the Teppers may want to keep Fitterer

The quote is the embodiment of this gif No one really knows anything…But I do believe he’s on the hot seat. -
I have a feeling this communication was earlier in the season. There was more friction between coaches then people think.

I don’t believe the texting thing was directed all towards Tepper and management and more so all the coaches butting heads with each other.
