Ehhh we’ll see when it comes to that. Early hiccups with Rock Hill and Charlotte have probably changed his tuned. People forget, Charlotte FC HQ was going on the old eastland mall site till the city started making demands what he did with the property in terms of housing and such. FC will still be on the site but they have nixed the HQ there.

Contrary to popular belief from someone I have talked to, Tepper doesn’t like government money because that means there are strings attached.
