2020 coaches ain’t doing too hot…I fully believe that McCarthy is on his way out because Jerrah wants Sean. Stefanski will be the last one standing and even he’s got some flack his way. -
People give sizzle poo all the time but he’s got a point with Cooper and Lyles being by Dave’s side last night…makes you wonder.

Optics are bad of course they are but once the real thing gets built people will be fine. Biggest gripe for me is that the city has owned this land since what? 2013? I believe 3 deals have already fallen thru, this has been a failure on the city with how they negotiate the deal. The city has a bad habit of making a deal and coming to the table a year down the road going “hey can we just alter this a tid bit” and the “tid bit” turns out to be a cluster deal breaker. This is a tangent but the city should have split the parcel up years ago, this is coming from someone who works around the area and has grown up on Albemarle Rd.

Wax on wax off Hey remember when Eastland mall was gonna be a movie studio?
-
They are looking into property over off Monroe Rd near McApline Park. Still trying to keep the FC stuff on the East Side.
-
Oh bs, the city was forcing their hand telling him that it had to have a certain amount of affordable housing set aside. They know... This thread will be a tinderbox thing I get there is not a lot of love for Tepper but the city of Charlotte has screwed the pooch on the Eastland site well over a decade MULTIPLE deals have fallen thru.

Clearly you did not partake in the great Watson watch of 2022. Archived greatness in threads and was a time when the huddle was whole (well whole lot of something) again

Vikings Wire writer taking potshots at Panthers
Panthercougar68 replied to top dawg's topic in Carolina Panthers
There seems to be a thing in the nfl that if you’re good at run blocking or pass blocking you’re great all around but that’s not always the case. -

I’m surprised it took 3 pages for the “fug this team” response. Huddle is healing for now -

Who? -
Payton’s agent is/has been the one throwing things out right now trying to make Jerry Jones squirm and fire McCarthy. Panthers have no interest because they don’t want to give anything to New Orleans.

2023 qb class - Some good news
Panthercougar68 replied to mrcompletely11's topic in Carolina Panthers
My general thought process is that scouting QBs takes a lot more then watching the ooooo and ahhhh throws and getting behind the player. If finding a QB in college was easy everyone would have their qb but there are so many factors that go into it and yes LUCK does have some factor too such as the year/position you’re drafting. -
2023 qb class - Some good news
Panthercougar68 replied to mrcompletely11's topic in Carolina Panthers
That's one of the draft knocks I've seen on the whole process is that the more film there is the more to pick at when it doesn't need pickin...Justin Herbert was a big example of that. -
It’s early July before training camp. People are on vacation.
