    I know Flores is a hot name for some reason but I think he was very toxic to players and other staff members. Rhule’s rah rah stuff doesn’t work but neither does treating players and other staff members like trash which was apparently common place in the Miami locker room.

    I agree I’m just talking about it from the aspect that Tapper hates Tomlin‘s guts argument when that really has never been proven.

    I think that’s part of it but we all know that football players can be hard headed and fight to play when they shouldn’t. It’s probably a mixture of both.

    It can happen. Tepper was only named in the PFT report because he was a minority owner and no one has ever been able to truly confirm which ones wanted Tomlin gone.

    an interesting outside perspective…he tweets later on that the “rah rah” stuff doesn’t work because players only care about being paid and will only follow you as a coach once you show you’re worth following.
