  1. Haha! You know Legette is country the way he was riding that horse!
  2. We are masters of the 0-0 defense.
  3. A lot of guys Dalton's age in this league are relegated to training younger QBs, or holding the spot for the younger guy to officially take over like what's going on in New England. However when Dalton found out he was now QB 1, he was fired up!!! He was looking for a chance to be "the guy". His whole thing was looking for an opportunity to lead a team to a championship, at his age. This is what we got. This isn't a Vinny Testaverde, or a Gus Frerotte, this is a guy who believes he can right the ship for a run. I'm not saying we will do that, but this is the mindset of Andy Dalton. Its fire, and I believe this team will play with all their heart this game. We are going to see some inspired ball today.
  4. Perhaps if this was his first love, he may not have been able to handle it. And I don't want to say anything bad about her, but to the outside appearance she might be the type who is after the money. If this is true, and if this is Bryce's first relationship experience, it could have impacted him doubly hard.
  5. Bryce looked like that break dancer from the Paris Olympics. https://x.com/i/status/1823560078135321021
  6. He wasn't just bad, he looked as if he had no business being in the league period. Something had to be messing with his mind.
  7. According to social media, Bryce had a break up with his girlfriend.... https://x.com/kicks/status/1837208981120360536 Here's a clip of him walking with his girlfriend last year at training camp.... https://x.com/DNewtonespn/status/1687466821719355393 I didn't even know he had a girlfriend, of course none of that is our business. (haha) However, I know love can make people do crazy things. A relationship that is rocky can have negative affects if you don't know how to separate them from personal work. Bryce is young (pun intended), and perhaps having what looks to be someone dating him because of his status, could have impacted him mentally. Of course I'm not one to get into this type of stuff, but this could be a possible reason he's been so terrible lately. His play wasn't just bad, he looked like a random person playing QB out there on the field. To my eyes, he was completely out of it. Canales must have sense this too after watching tape from Bryce's last game, and was forced to pull the plug after two games. So here's to Bryce sitting and getting his mind back on track. Perhaps he also learned something on dating being a millionaire athlete.
  8. I would say if the the situation turns out to be this way, then hold him hostage with the 1st pick. The team doesn't have to trade away the pick if they don't want to. Just hold the entire process hostage.
  9. So let's put some numbers to this. Jamarcus Russell's career record as a starter = 9-22 Ryan Leaf's career record as a starter = 4-21 Bryce's current record as a starter = 2-17 I don't see Bryce winning another game the way he's playing, and it is not even a guess about it. The only way we win a game with Bryce starting, is if we run the wildcat formation and win running the ball. So with that said, the records bare it out. Bryce Young is officially the biggest bust in NFL history.
  10. It's too early to tank. Arch Manning won't be coming out until 2026 or 2027.

  12. I actually believe if Dalton came in right now, we would win this game.
  13. I keep wondering why he is floating it above his head. If you're going to have the bag, put it on LOL!!!
  14. For option 2, see Bryce as if he were your son. See the team as if they were your brothers. With family, you cheer them on to do better. If they make a mistake, we wouldn't lie to them and say it doesn't matter. What we would do is encourage them the next time they are on the field. Now, if Bryce were your son, would you say to him, "You suck! Quit and go do something else!" Or would you say, "Keep your head up, you will do better next time!" So with this perspective, the focus will be on doing better the next time, and make the opponent the Bryce of last time. Beat who he was the last time. For the team to beat who they were the last time. This is more possible for our team. And like I said, whatever that translates to, it would be interesting to see. As it stands right now, this team can't be anyone. But can they beat themselves? And if they beat themselves, perhaps they will grow to a point where they are unbeatable period.
  15. When I decided to finally turn away from the game is interesting. It was around the middle or late in the 3rd quarter and it was clear we weren't going to make anything interesting happen with Bryce at QB that day. So I said in my heart 'Unless Dalton starts the next drive to see what he can do, I'm going to do something else'. So when Bryce came back out for another drive, I turned away. So I would say from this perspective, if we as fans are seeking for competitiveness against other teams with Bryce at QB and the team being the way it is, we are in for big disappointment. If we continue to watch our Panthers, I believe it is beneficial to change how we see things this year. In terms of competing against other teams, Dalton gives us the best chance at winning. However we all know they are not going to bench Young. We are in for complete misery if we desire to compete against other teams in hopes of beating them. Going back to another's response as seeing option 2 as pretending, it is pretending to believe Bryce will beat a handful of teams this year, if any. Yet can he beat himself, being the worse QB in the league? His only hope and the team's only hope, is to beat themselves. Whatever that translates to in the long run, we would see. Option 2 is highly philosophical and patient in nature. Heehee!!! Those who don't have that kind of patience, I urge you to try option 1. Option 1 may then be the only real one to take in terms of having a good outcome as a fan of the Panthers. If all these problems the franchise is having is due to Tepper's handling of the team, that ain't going to change in no immediate future or any future. The problems will continue so we must change our perspective and action.
