  1. Colorado came all the way back, now the game is tied 24-24 at the start of the 4th Sheddur has run the ball more in this game than ive noticed before. Out of the Colorado games I watched anyway.
  2. Texas is absolutely curb stomping Lousiana Monroe Arch Manning went 2 TDS 2 Ints in the first half. 2nd Half has largely been Texas running the ball and shorter passes. I will say, I dont think ive ever seen any QB attempt as many deep balls as Arch Manning did in this game. Even when up pretty damn big. Dude has an absolute cannon arm and can run like a mofo too.
  3. "General Maximus Axel Booty is an American football quarterback for the Louisiana–Monroe Warhawks." I cant get over the fact that there is a person named "General Maxiumus Booty" Probably the best name ive ever heard lol
  4. Texas scores on their first drive in the 3rd quarter with 100% running plays. Arch didnt even attempt a single pass and they got a TD pretty easily.
  5. So benching Bryce will somehow result in Bryce magically becoming a better QB?? What is he going to learn on the bench that he couldnt learn while playing 18 games of NFL football?
  6. If there was a belief in Bryce why the fug did they bench him???
  7. Arch Manning throws his 2nd pick. Although this one, his RB dropped the ball and tipped it to the other team. This 2nd interception came after Arch overthrew a player for what would have been a wide open long TD.
  8. Colorado is already down by 2 scores in the 2nd quarter lol. Their defensive line is trash.
  9. Arch Manning is throwing a ton of deep bombs. This is pretty fun to watch!! Even if hes beating up on poo competition
  10. Sheddur Sanders with a short rushing TD vs Baylor
  11. ARch Manning, 57 yard deep ball. Bryce Young could never. The guys commentating keep saying the Texas coach said that Arch throws a better deep ball than Quinn Ewers
  12. Arch Manning gets picked off after throwing into triple coverage lol he looked pretty crisp before that though
  13. Very good points in this thread. Glad I'm not the only one noticing how 90% of the media is treating bryces benching like he played no part in the train wreck and just blaming the organization. If anything the organization should be praised for not continuing to keep playing him out of a sense of pride or just not wanting to admit they were wrong.
  14. So stupid.play better then. How many of us get to be horrible at our jobs and get paid millions of dollars to do it.
  15. 62.5% completions, 38511 passing yards, 246 Passing TD 144 INT 83W 78 L 2 Ties for Daltons career stats. Not spectacular by any means but he's a very solid stable QB who is at least average - decent and proven he's not a scrub. More than good enough to evaluate Canales offense imo.
  16. Holy poo!!! This is a huge sign that Canales has some balls to speak up to Tepper and tell him what it takes to win!! That's speaks volumes on how good of a coach he could be
  17. Yea this can be seen as hand wringing and beating a dead horse. But I think it's interesting to think about. Do you believe Frank Reich woudlve been fired if wed drafted Stroud? What would our record have been? How would his stats have compared vs Bryces . I think CJ would have done a lot better (assuming the o line didn't get him killed). Instead of going 2-15 imo we woudlve gone 6-11 to 8-9 ish. Would've seen a lot more flashes of brilliance. Probably would've given the "all star coaching staff" another year similar to Rhule. CJ being able to hit on deep balls would have totally changed the offense alot. I think it's too much to expect he'd have a crazy season like he did with the Texans. I see a ton of people saying he'd have struggled as much as Bryce did bc of the o line injuries/performance and the staff infighting. But I don't think it's that simple. There's also a cool reverse thought experiment you could do with Bryce being on the Texans instead of the Panthers. All players and coaches remained the same, so literal pure QB swap. Bryce probably woudlve done better but nowhere near what CJ did last year. I'd imagine the quality of receivers and the OC woudlve helped him but his limitations would've still restricted them. Maybe instead of being a playoff team they finished with 4-6 wins...
  18. Bryce is worse because we didn't have our #1 overall pick last year to replace him with a cam newton equivalent like what happened after Clausen failed in 2010. It's even worse because of what was given up for Bryce + Tepper not admitting his sunk cost so we have to watch Bryce for more than 1 season . Iirc Clausen didn't even play every game his rookie year in 2010.
  19. Meanwhile. The raiders just beat the Ravens. They aint scrubs either. Giants might be our only win of this year
  20. Absolutely no reason for him to be starting going forward unless Teppers forces it
  21. Bryce threw for 84 yards 0 TD and 1 INT. Absolutely atrocious stats for any QB in any game.
  22. An almost pick followed by a batted down pass. LOL.
