BREAKING: Miles Sanders available for trade
Hoenheim replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
That aint surprising. Real question is how much is he really worth now? He hasn't really done anything since he left the Eagles and its been proven that the Eagles Oline makes any RB look good. No idea what someone would trade for him. If we could get a 5th or better I'd consider that a huge win. -
REPORT: Panthers will not trade Chuba Hubbard
Hoenheim replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
yea man. A lot of people are assuming a dude with limited college snaps coming off an ACL is going to be good enough for us to trade away the engine of our offense. -
Texas is going to blown out if they dont put in Arch Manning. Ewers is way off tonight.
-
And Ewers throws an INT. These QBs suck.
-
Seeing erratic throws from both QBs
-
Neither of these QBs impress me. I like Ward and Sanders, I guess. I'm not in love with them either
-
Is this really what our defense has been reduced to?? All these dudes may be gone next year besides Wallace and Horn

In what strange parallel dimension is LB our biggest need
Hoenheim replied to Gapanthersfan's topic in Carolina Panthers
QB is a weird one. Because I have no clue what their intentions are with it. They could be anywhere from drafting one in R1 to getting a late round flyer, to just getting another vet. I've got no pulse/feel for what they want at QB. So I just went with my personal thoughts of focusing on rebuilding the team first and trying to resolve qb in 2026. Observing our recent history we've been swinging and missing a lot at QB. Maybe its time to take a break and rebuild other parts of the team. -

They need to find a way to being in at least 3 new pass rushers. At least 2 of them need to be blue chip players we know we're getting production out of. If I was Dan Morgan I'd treat getting the top EDGE free agent as big of a priority as it was getting Hunt and Lewis this past off season. Good news is they recognized how weak the o line was last year and fixed it immediately in free agency . If we get that kind of fix again on the dline/pass rush, that would help alot. -

Top needs as of right now IMO 1. Edge/OLB (1 R1, 1 more in R2 - R5, and 1 on highest priority free agent acquisition) 2. DT/DE (Any dline in general that can actually stop the run not named Derrick Brown) 3. CB #2 4. Safety 5. ILB (mostly depends on what happens with Jewell/Shaq) 6. WR (if we don't keep Diontae Johson this would move up to #3) 7. Center/OL depth -
Really Good Video Analysis of Andy Dalton vs Falcons
Hoenheim replied to Hoenheim's topic in Carolina Panthers
Something else I noticed is even with our defense getting spanked all game long. This game was fairly close score wise through most of it. No real excuse to not give Chubba bare minimum 25 carries a game. Dude confidently averages 5.0+ ypc a game He's only gotten over 20 carries once this year vs the Raiders and we won that game. Come the fug on Canales, it's not rocket science. -
Andy Dalton making some questionable decision making. I watched a longer video from Unnecessary Blutness and he was saying similar things about Dalton not progressing through his reads/beyond read 1/check down. Hyper focusing on Diontae Johnson. Legette and Coker getting open alot of times, just not getting the ball or getting it late. Interception when Dalton was targeting Ian Thomas was particularly egregious. From our view he immediately looks like he's double or triple covered even before Dalton releases the ball. Bryce-like decision/throw there. And there was a dude wide open closer to Dalton on this play. Watching this kinda makes me want to tell Andy to use Diontae more as a distraction and throw it to XL and Coker more. Hell even Mingo couple times was wide open. But I don't blame him for not trusting Mingo. Looking on the bright side, the Oline giving Andy time to throw even with Christensen and Nijman filling in. And our rookie receivers are getting open.

Rattler with a fumble 6/pick 6 here. Jesus Christ the saints look just as bad as we do with Bryce!!
-
Saints left tackle is absolute ass. Rattler has immediate pressure on most passing plays from the left side
-
Im expecting the Broncos to run the clock out in the 4th quarter here. Literally.
-
Are you expecting Chubba Hubbard to be asking for a ton of money??
-
Dayum. Whoever started Nix in fantasy is balling the fug out right now. Hes running and passing all over the Saints Defense.
-
Bo Nix has been heating up as the game goes on. Some pretty damn sharp passes down the field.
-
Saints offense reminds me of the Bryce-Panthers offense. They cant do SHIIYUTT at ALL.
-
First saints drive in the 3rd quarter. included 2 drops from their WRs. Quick 3 and out for the Saints lol
-
he kept it 100% real in his rant. Saints aren't doing poo in this game. From what ive seen. Denver is stifling the Saints run game. And lighting them up on passing downs. Rattler has pressure pretty quickly in most of his passing downs so not much is being done in the air or on the ground by the Saints.
-
How the fug is there a country music singer named "Jelly Roll?" Apparently he's successful enough to be having a concert after the game lol
-
Bo Nix is running in this game more than any QB ive ever seen run since Michael Vick. Almost feels like every other play he's scrambling down the field. 8 Rushes for 41 yards so far..
-
Tyrann Matthiew with a HUGE dropped INT near the end of the 2nd quarter. Would have totally flipped the game.
-
Hard to judge Rattler on me just watching him on the first 2 quarters of this game. But I like him more thus far. Had some pretty nice scrambles and throws so far. Has the expected rookie questionable decisions that lead to 2 lost fumbles (one didnt count because of defensive penalty). Bo Nix looked shaky early like Bryce. But he's since settled down and made some decent intermediate throws. Neither QBs are really attempting to throw deep. Rattler had one deep pass attempt and his WR tripped and fell before the ball got there. Theres a lot of short passes and running in this game in general. OCs and HCs are protecting their rookie qbs probably.
