What does letting HC candidates talk to Bryce accomplish exactly? To show them that he interviews well and has great table manners? The NFL ain't a dinner party.
The fair thing to do would be to give prospective coaches an opportunity to evaluate Bryce's football skills. Get Bryce on the field and ask him to throw as if he's at the combine. Let the candidates watch and evaluate whether Bryce is workable.
If Tepper insists on having Bryce as the franchise qb come hell or high water, then that's his right to do so as an owner, but do expect plenty of candidates to say no thank you.
