Gardner Minshew was traded to the Eagles last year and is under contract for year 2022 . Robby Anderson is showing interest in being traded . Robby has one year left on his contact also . Would you try to make a trade with the Eagles for Minshew . He is an upgrade QB over Darnald and the cost for the trade would not break the bank . This trade allows the Panthers upgrade our O-line with our draft and if MInshew doesn't work we can draft a QB in2023 .

Build the O-line in the draft ! Trade down if possible . If a QB falls to a lower 10-15 pick then take a shot keeping the extra picks to build the O-line . If we don't pick up QB in the draft just wait for a QB to be cut from another team (maybe Carson Wentz) . We keep our draft picks and give Darnald competition . At worst we have a good backup QB . Cut Walker .

It won't matter much with a new coaching staff if Rhule is in charge of the draft and FA pickups . He went all defense the first year and did not address the 0-line problems . He then went on two FA quarter backs spending our future draft picks . If he goes QB again with the first pick our O-line will still look like a mess next season .

If I am Rhule (abandon ship)

Rhule leaving for Michigan is a good way out for Tepper to not admit a hiring mistake . Allow Fitts to take control to find a new head coach and any other positions that follow Rhule . Tepper will save a butt load of money not paying Rhule the rest of his contract . Rhule will take the first college job knowing his job is under fire with the Panthers Rhule was a Hurney hire which was another mistake .

Mcadoo and Fitts made this hire happen . He had to connection to Rhule . We now need a D-line coach . Let Campen evaluate our O-line and let him tell Fitts what we need to improve .

It took several years before Michael Jordan found the right GM and coach to get the Hornets looking like a team that can make the playoffs . They are young and fun to watch . Tepper is new to being an owner but he is not dumb . He sees what we are seeing . Give him a little time and things will work out .

Move Burns to OLB and put Matos at DE . Matos is bigger and fits the D-line better . Burns is quick and we could use the speed better at OLB . Keep Riddick if the contract looks ok .

Cam will not get an offer anywhere else so he will either take a friendly deal or go back to the couch . Darnold is here because of his contract . A new coach will cut Walker . If we can do a good trade down in the first to around number 15 and get a 2nd or 3rd round pick we could get a QB and an O-line player . We then go O-line again in the 4th . Hopefully we get a good comp pick also .

While not ruling out a QB pick with our first pick , what if Cam plays well for the rest of our season . This could allow Fits to trade down in the first round to a lower first round pick . This would give us an extra pick in perhaps a lower 2nd or higher 3rd round pick . This would give us the choice of a quality player that drops in the first ( a QB or OL player ) and maybe another day one pick . The writing was on the wall for Brady . When Rhule stated that we were going to be a run first team and Brady did not get the message , he was in trouble . During the press conference Rhule stated that he would evaluate the players and coaches . Brady was sent packing . We will see if this makes a difference or not .
