My question is is Fitts a bad GM or is Tepper trying to be a Jerry Jones and telling him how to do his job and who to draft . Richardson stayed away from the draft and let Hurney do his job . At least we made good 1st round picks . Now we don't have one next year . We should just let this play out and not make any more bad decisions this year . Young was probably not Reich's first choice as QB but he has to play what the front office dictates . We could win more with Andy but the rookie needs experience . The Panthers just put the Saints in a very tight spot by them thinking we were in on a Carr deal . They will not be taking a QB in the draft which helps us and the are so far above the cap they can't go after a free agent and probably can't afford their own players

One of the smartest MLB we had was Luke special K . He could read a play before it happened and was always in position . We need more of that .

I realize the NFL is not fair but to give Rhule 7 years to prove himself and not give Wilkes a fair chance is wrong . the players are playing better in all positions with the same team as Rhule . Lets see what he can do with players from his draft .

To be fair , Wilkes is playing with players picked mostly by Rhule . He should at least get a chance to choose his own players and coaches before making a decision on him . Give him a one year prove it contract and lets see what he can do .

Picking a QB in the draft is a crapshoot . You just don't know . Just keep swinging until you get a hit .

Wilkes is playing with the players that Rhule brought in . He needs a chance to get with Fitts to draft players that fit his style of play and given a full camp to get them ready . He has the present players behind him and is bringing back the culture we need . We only need a QB , DE, MLB and perhaps a WR .
