Perfectly put. There is someone out there, an up and coming coordinator or something that is looking for the opportunity to prove themselves and knows what to do with Bryce.

As blindly optimistic as this take here is, I fully believe it - Put someone else there calling the plays, running this show, and Bryce will look immediately different/better and we might even be competitive.

We've been in this horrible cycle of retaining GM after firing the coach, firing the coach and retaining the GM, etc. People aren't going to love it, but the right move is to rip the bandaid off and expunge both of them. Frank is not the right guy for the job, and Fit has proven to consistently make the wrong decision over and over again. New GM and let him find the right coach for this, Tepper has to be hands off from there.

Maybe so, but when you realize that you have a cancer on your hands you don't let it fester and turn into something bigger.

No, it would be the right thing. The old man is clearly out of his depth and has no idea what he is doing - play calling, situational awareness (Thielen incident last weekend), clock management, every part of this.

The fug you can't, as a matter of fact, that is exactly what he should do. Own the mistake and let the fanbase know you have some self awareness and you're committed to getting this right.

But did we though lol. I mean, we've watched the same thing the last few weeks and absolutely nothing about it screams complex. I think sometimes we overthink what is doing behind the scenes there. Doing ANYTHING other that what we have been doing more than likely will have a net positive effect.

Exactly. That Chud offense with two TE (including Shockey) played to his strengths and was awesome. Can't believe we literally never even attempted to get that going for him again.

Yeaaaah I’m not sure about this one. you know how you can watch QBs and just see that they have “it”? I haven’t seen a single play from him that’s given me that feeling. He looks scared and timid. like, I KNEW he was not even remotely going to come close to the final play of the game. Wasn’t shocked at all about the sack. maybe it’s the coaching? Maybe it’s him. But I catch some glimpses of CJ and AR, and they have “it” by the gallons.

There’s nothing to talk you back into. This coach is outdated. The GM has made every wrong move possible. Everything is broken. Only way to fix this is to blow it up and see what a new coach/GM duo can pull out of BY on the rookie contract. GM - trading up for Corral while missing on Sam Howell. Sitting here with Burns wanting a top 3 DE contract while producing at the lowest tier. Zero WR’s to allow us to throw beyond 10 yards. everything is fuged lol

I don’t know how much more Frank play calling I can stomach. This is horrible. It’s the same 3 plays over and over again.
