  1. Were gonna third rounder ourselves straight to the superbowl, just like Seattle did. Isn't that how it happened for them?
  2. I'm jealous of that backyard.... I live in southern Cali, those types of backyards don't exist out here.
  3. I want him to be a Panther. I just wholeheartedly believe that Fitt/Rhule are too enamored with the idea of another desperate team over paying for the 8th spot (assuming we find a suitor). Unfortunately, draft Capital only works if you hit on those picks. This morning I reminded of the Julio Jones trade, and how Cleveland squandered every single one of those picks. But how could we go wrong with possibly two starter quality QB's on rookie contacts? We shall see.
  4. Agree. Fields playing through that injury was pure Grit. I would love him to be a Panther.
  5. I would like you all to share your thoughts on any prospect that you have come to know and like/appreciate. Maybe it's there journey? Maybe it's because they're an absolute beast, and you look forward to their play at the next level. I for one, really enjoy hearing about Kwity Paye's journey. I love how this young man carries himself. No matter where he goes, I can't help but root for him. These stories really add the humanity aspect to each player, as opposed to just seeing each prospect as a commodity. Please share your thoughts/stories!
  6. Great read. How Steve Smith became a Panther. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/31315883/20-years-later-steve-smith-remains-carolina-panthers-best-draft-day-calls
  7. Well first and foremost, I certainly hope he can manage his disorder, in a healthy manner. This disorder is no joke. Given the right medication management, he should be fine.
  8. Lol. That's an Orange County (CA) boy for you. Although, I grew up in the same county as Sam, most of my family is from the south. So the foods I experienced growing up were o so different than other households. Lol.. it was encapsulated with *points finger....biscuit.
  9. I thoroughly enjoyed the bit on being "criminally under coached". However, if/when Sam Darnold has a career year for us, Brady is good as gone. Which worries me about any sort of consistent progression with Darnold.
  10. They say the optimist invented the airplane, and the pessimist invented the parachute. So, I honestly have a healthy dose of each. I will say... no matter what happens this draft, I hope we can all (just for a moment) step away from our secondary life of "the greatest talent evaluator that the NFL has never heard of" and realize that this organization is doing everything possible to deliver us to the promise land.
  11. Ok, this made me smile. At first I wasn't too happy about the trade, but optimism before the next season is a better perspective anyway.
