i'm ok with bersin over cotchery. with ginn and funch we've got two new high quality weapons being inserted into the mix; if corey brown is looking as improved as reports suggest, you basically have KB, Funch, Brown, and Ginn as verifiably talented, dangerous weapons that can start in any position (assuming Funch is worth his poo.) if this leaves bersin as a rotational guy at WR5 who can continue to excel at his craft and make cotchery an afterthought i'm excited by that. if someone had told me half a few years ago that we'd be debating which talented receiver to cut from our team i'd have kicked them in the balls for trying to melt a decade of bitter ice encasing my heart.

with the team being high on him: WR1 Kelvin Benjamin WR2 Funch WR3 Corey Brown WR4 Cotchery WR5 Tedd Ginn Jr. Do we keep six receivers on the active roster, with Bersin being number six? How many of these dudes end up active on gameday?

i think sometimes a guy gets a rep as being a guy that's going to be smack in the middle of bad things whenever they happen, and five good plays in a row go out the window when the bad one sets off a confirmation bias. I KNEW HE WAS TERRIBLE HANG HIM AT DAWN! for bersin these came during punt returns. i ripped my hair out and threw my couch through the ceiling when he did that trick knee bobble during the arizona playoff game; it became the sort of thing you just expected over the season. shula sending him on comeback as the primary read in that seattle game didn't help things one bit either. hopefully the guy can come in and contribute to the team. it looks like we learned our lesson and brought back professional punt returners that can let him focus on doing what he's good at.

​lots of things you can do with it, if your OC doesn't draw up plays like he has brain damage. all three could switch positions on the field... brown at WR1 on deep routes and KB as the flanker coming across the field with funch leaking outside as the hot receiver, as a general design, sounds fuging deadly, and that's not even accounting for olsen. for the first time since probably 2005, teams are going to pay for leaving any one guy single-covered.

a dramatically improved corey brown at WR3? i love it, especially with KB and the funch starting outside. if oher is worth half a damn this is going to be a fun year.

i like the idea. the only potential concern i can think of would be individual blogs with threads developing on the comments sections could cause confusion on similar topics in the main forum. like if mr. scot makes a blog post and then someone else makes a thread on the same topic whose platform is the best to discuss it, mr. scot's or the main one? does the main forum (no doubt one of the key attracting features for new members) lose out on content as a result?

well now i'll be watching for a trick play every time tolbert is on the field.
