  1. Flames might be the frontrunner for McTavish
  2. They would just force the issue like Eli did, he would stick in the draft and they would pull that stunt again. lol
  3. I think horn makes it just because they won't want to take the chance on putting him on PS and him getting picked up.
  4. I actually think McTavish might happen now... It's gonna cost a lot but the Canes want to win now.. Talking a first round and second round pick plus a few high end prospects like Nadeau and FUS.
  5. I'm just telling you what the team is currently looking at. Aho, Jarvis, Staal, KK as the four centers in that order as of right now. Obviously id prefer them to go get McTavish but the asking price is pretty damn high.
  6. They still have eyes on the McTavish situation, so that's a possibility. Right now the answer seems to be a lineup featuring Jarvis at 2c.
  7. That's backup money with the current cap. Dline starters make 25m+ and stars make 30m+. Plus his 2025 cap hit is a little over 6m. Also his deal is essentially a 2 year 30m deal with most of the compensation being his SB and second year of salary. 1.5m bonus split three ways each year for hitting the following milestones, making the pro bowl, 7 sacks, and 10 sacks respectfully.
  8. The last three years has a full NMC and he's got deferred money in the first 4 years totalling 14.5m and 6.8m in years 7&8. 21.3m is due as a deferred signing bonus in 2034 when he's 30 and a ufa. So he's almost assuredly going to be here for the full 8 years no matter his performance. So he got himself 8 years of stability and a nice payday coming in 9 years.
  9. Rozeboom and Wallace in the middle and Scourton and wonnum on the edges.
  10. 8 years when that isn't possible after this season plus 500k per season of deferred money which also isn't possible after this season with the new CBA rules.
  11. He's got a decent bit of deferred money in his contract, AAV is actually 5.1m and not 5.62.
  12. Jackson Blake signed to an 8 year deal. No ideas on AAV yet. 45m with 5.6m AAV.
  13. I explained this a bit earlier in the off-season. It allows evero to hid and better scheme his blitzes. Since both starting safeties are capable of being in the box.
  14. Last person to mention it was Seravalli like 5 days ago. Key is the Penguin's would need to retain enough to make it a 7-7.5m AAV contract for them. I've heard it from other places as well.
  15. Karlsson trade gaining steam again, will most likely happen if the Penguin's retain 25-30% of his contract.
  16. McNeeley was held out because of Achilles tendinopathy. Sion James was held out because of a hip issue.
  17. Missed the game sleeping because of being sick. Another win though and checked out the game on dvr and Kon didn't look too bad today. Anyone know why McNeeley and James didn't play?
  18. He just didn't fit and was promised a few things that just weren't likely or maybe even possible for him to accomplish in the Canes system. Hindsight probably says both teams regret the signing to a degree. That all being said, the dude played his ass off and could hip check someone into a different dimension.
  19. Don't have to be miss cleo. His weakness are length, athleticism, creating his own shot, defense, finishing at the rim, Strengths - shooting and IQ. Likely won't work as non athletic shooters don't typically work.
  20. They had Bailey or Johnson sitting there for them. Both better prospects than Kon.
  21. It was announced that it was part of the plan and he will play on the 14th as of right now. Lol
  22. Kalkbrenner wins the game with a pretty nice block. Number 4 for the night. Kon doesn't play because of his ankle injury from the draft process. McNeeley doesn't look nearly as good but wasn't bad.
  23. Tidjane Salaün has looked good through two games so far.
