Brian Burns statline: 2 tackles, 0 sacks

Where did you get the tfl from and the sacks??? He has 4 sacks, 7 tfl, 9 qb hits. -

If you talk just sacks its 4 vs 2.5, if you talk tfl, qb hits, pressures than no it's not close. Burns is so far ahead in everything else that it's not funny. This thread is a tell me you know nothing about football without actually saying it. -

Forgot the tfl and the qb hit. The only one the Panthers got in the entire game on 32 Dolphin drop backs. If ya gonna post about stats, give all of them. -
He should never see the field ever again, cut him now. Lmao
-
I'm not saying he made the pick and I'm not saying he didn't make the pick but there are tons of people close to the team and national media and people close to Reich that are all saying the same things or similar things about Tepper and the pick in the draft and his involvement with the team. Lots of smoke and where there's smoke...there's fire.

ESPN has UNC ranked 8th in their new top 25.
-
Can we just seal this one shut... seriously.
-
He's third string at A&M
-
That should be a make up for the one earlier on Nesbit earlier. Lol These refs suck
-
Yea, they missed a bad hold against Rucker earlier.
-
The kids in this game are too hyped up. Both teams making dumb penalties
-
Apparently the Panthers will be sellers and not buyers.
-
Tepper is always going to run this like he did his businesses. He's the same way with the Charlotte FC. He's hands on, he's overbearing and involves himself in everything. If something goes wrong, he will chop heads at a snap of the fingers. He won't ever step back as that's how he runs things he owns.

Would you find the Panthers going 0-17 funny?
carpanfan96 replied to Sean Payton's Vicodin's topic in Carolina Panthers
:vomits in mouth: Thanks for that one. Lol -
Your owner that doesn't know football shouldn't be over riding his front office and coaching staff that he hired to ya know build a team and pick their players. It's been a constant problem since he took over and since he took over the Panthers have the worst winning % in the NFL... that's why.

Or worse fields turns it on, they turn that pick into 5 or 6 draft picks including at least two firsts plus draft MHJ with their own pick. Lmao -

No but if 0-17 gets tepper away from football decisions then sign me the hell up -
Because its literally known in NFL circles that he wanted Stroud. Everything else is PR bull from the team til that press conference that lit this thread up. Young was the front offices and coaching staffs QB3.
-
It's in that article, an open NFL secret that Tepper made the QB pick over riding both Reich and Fitt who both wanted Stroud. Tepper meddles in every single facet of the team from drafting to coaching. Mind you he did all this after Brown and Reich got together and built the offense for Stroud.

Miles signs offer, makes first statement
carpanfan96 replied to MechaZain's topic in Charlotte Hornets
Kai asked to be traded and didn't show up to the optional player workouts and then kept talking about how the Hornets wouldn't trade him so he didn't know when he was going to play again. Very weird. -
Oh I know, I was using it as an example because Young will have to have a clean pocket to be successful, his deep throws are going to come off clean pockets and improvisation. He's not going to be able to throw very well from a dirty pocket like bigger and stronger qb's can.
-
Yea I saw a few of his games as a rookie. Thing is he didn't get sacked much and he threw the ball down the field when it was tougher for offenses to throw. He had 3700 yards, 26 td and 28 int as a rookie... he definitely showed ton of flashes tho.
-
PR bull. Coach isn't going to come out and say nah they didn't pick my guy I wanted. That gets released through the season like it is now. But we definitely had reports from at least scouting that it wasnt unanimous like they said it was plus all the smoke coming from the team now... I'd say it's guaranteed that Frank didn't want Young if not both him and Fitt
-
I been trying to tell people that the scouting staff and coaching staff wanted someone not named Bryce Young. It was Tepper, then Tepper and then Tepper again.
-
Same thing with Brees, he had to have excellent center and guard play to be successful. That's even more important with Young because he's quite a bit smaller. So in the NFL he'll have to have great guar and center play so he can have a clean pocket to throw from otherwise it pretty much eliminates the middle of the field.
