  1. Nfl media is already reporting that Tepper made the decision to draft Young over Reich. It's on Twitter from profootballtalk and others
  2. Well Tepper let Hurney hire Rhule and since then and forever more probably not again. Lol
  3. He's a yes man 100%. I don't think people understand how much influence David and Nicole have on football decisions.
  4. His problem from Bama is showing up more in the NFL when talent is pretty much equal. He can't read a front 7 on the defense and set his protection properly. Wasn't an issue much at Bama but has been in the NFL. Unless that's fixed, he won't get better.
  5. I don't believe anything coming out of that building right now. Lmfao.
  6. Yea I don't think he's wanted to be here since right after the draft. Bryce couldn't run the offense him and Brown made and that was made clear when Dalton started
  7. Honestly don't care what he says unless it involves him saying the following in some fashion. Me and my wife will be stepping away from the team and letting our football people make the decisions
  8. Letting go of the staff that didn't want Young. Have to keep Thomas Brown for the rest of the season, so can't let him go. This is all on the Teppers for over riding their coaching staff and front office
  9. Unc looks like they've quit since they were 6-0, that defense has gone from decent to oh they are God awful again. How nice
  10. I don't wanna give it a click, what does it say so that I can laugh about how horrible it is.
  11. Except it doesn't fix anything because the Teppers are running everything and have their hand in every decision that gets made football wise.
  12. What does one of the longest times to pass vs rookie qb giving up a ton of sacks = A young rookie qb that can't slide his protection because he can't read the front seven of a defense to give himself protection. He didn't need that skill much at Alabama but does in the NFL, we can hope he learns but that's not likely based in nfl history.
  13. If you keep Lamelo then you need 3 and d pieces around him. Lamelo / ???? Miller / Nick Smith Jr Bridges / Black ??? / Washington Williams / Richards That should be a playoff team in the east, or am I crazy. Lol
  14. If I know and the most I've done is highschool oline play, then the team had to know... Right?
  15. He's probably right though. Owner knows where the screw up happened. Has to own that and give them time to rebuild the offense.
  16. They didn't get players to fit with Bryce because Bryce wasn't the qb the staff wanted. Don't care how much pr mumbo jumbo the team throws out. It's clear as day that this team wasn't built for young
  17. Yea the young core is nice. Ball, Miller and Williams is a nice young 3 core. Also have PJ and Bridges plus at least one more good draft pick from next years draft.
  18. Lamelo has turned it on the last 4 games, nice that he's turned it around. Hopefully Miller isn't seriously injured
  19. Most are in their 3rd year with the team, don't think they are from Temple or Baylor though. Quite a few had previous professional experience
  20. There's been a ton of turnover in the scouting department since Tepper bought the team. When Rhule was hired they let go a ton from scouting
  21. I can answer the 3-4 question, that's 100% because of Tepper. He's wanted the team to run it since he bought it because the Steelers. Seriously that's it.
  22. The run blocking scheme doesn't fit the oline. The passing style doesn't fit the offense, it's built for power run and play action passing for deep chunk plays. Not some horizontal stretch the field sideline to sideline dink and dunk west coast zone read offense. So is that the qb the coaching staff planned for didn't get picked or just the coaching staff is all together a bunch of idiots.
