    Well Tepper wanted someone into metrics. When we're talking about where we're placing bodies on the line because of their arm length despite them performing well in other spots he may have gotten too much metrics.

    I don't think anyone wanted him here to be the savior of the franchise. When you consider what we have invested in all of our QB's he is as good as any of them and would have cost far less. You use someone like that to tread water until you draft or trade for you guy. Unfortunately we've drowned.

    I hope Tepper told him to go find a job to save face and he could just gracefully walk away. Hopefully he told him if he doesn't he's gone at the end of year and he doesn't mind paying him the remainder of his contract to just go.

    Yeah exactly. We bought Sam in here with the attitude that Rhule is just a quarterback aficionado and if he can't fix him then he's damaged goods. So far Rhule hasn't fixed anything. Maybe Sam isn't fixable but if he is maybe Rhule can't do it any better than Gase.

    Matt Barkley come on down. He may not have been here long enough to be ruined.

    Brady must have inside track on LSU job and wants to make it easy for us to show him the door

    The easy thing to do first is change the players. And when you try different players and get the same results. Welp. I think we're learning what the problem is. Rhule was given the keys to the franchise like he was some legendary coach knowing how to fix it and make us great. Maybe he doesn't.

    Clearly the whole team had lost faith in Darnold and didn't feel like they could win with him out there. The only thing that changed is he's gone. Everyone else is playing like their hair is on fire now. I think the offensive line even blocked somebody.

    I think the team has quit. Maybe they can feel something isn't right. They would know if they don't feel prepared or have any confidence in the staff. They play like they know they have no chance to be competitive. It's not a good look right now.

    This team has quit. Which isn't good 7 games into the season. They know something is going on internally and have checked out. Rivera was at least competitive and consistent.
