    If Rhule believes that, then he should be shown the door. That hasn't been a winning formula for a long time in the NFL. Still too early to say much about Fit. He hasn't had a high bar to clear considering who was the GM for most of the last two decades.

    No. Watson's legal future is still too uncertain and I still think 3 firsts are too much when the Oline is in the shape it is, plus the team needing a good safeties. Chinn is better at LB.

    That would be the final nail in the NFL coffin for me. I would quit watching pro football altogether if they did.

    That or use it to trade back for more draft picks, which they use to trade back for more late round picks so they can churn the bottom of the roster.

    I agree. It wasn't smart to go all defense last year. Probably wasn't smart to trade down as much out of the early rounds to load up on late round picks either. The top talent is always in the early rounds.

    Opposing teams figured out what the Panthers are doing on offense and defense. The Panthers' coaches aren't adjusting.

    Teddy was an easy target for fans to pile on and the scapegoat for last season after he called out the coaches. While Teddy has never been great, he was probably better in this offense than Darnold has been.

    I think Jackson will be one of those. He only started playing with a lot of effort in a contract year. That's a bad sign.
