    In Horn's case, replace production with availability, and the point still stands.

    I can't recall seeing any player in any sport that blew up in a contract year keep up the production after getting paid.

    Because the Panthers have mostly had below average or bad CB play, anytime the team has someone out there that is average to above average, the fanbase highly overrates them.

    I'd rather spend the 6th and 7th round picks on good punters and kickers than on another position that's going to be out of the league in two years.

    I've said it before, I view him as being a level below Bowers. That said, in this weak top of the draft, he's good enough to be one of the few blue chippers. In a more stacked draft, Warren would bottom half of the first round at best.

    Carolina pro sports fans should know not to trust anything until contracts are signed. Today was another lesson in that with how many were excited for the former Eagles DT. Oh, and they could be worse by running it back with the same players from last year and missing on draft picks.
