It’s the bears i used to think that Carolina was the place QBs came to die in reality, it’s Chicago They don’t have one WR who can catch and I swear Fields is a special athlete and everything they scheme around hims ridiculous he killed himself trying to win that game last week. It was pitiful.

Not sure it matters ‘Carolina Panthers center Pat Elflein has had himself a solid 2022 campaign. Unfortunately, however, it’ll have to be put on hold. On Saturday, the Panthers announced they’ve now placed the 28-year-old lineman on injured reserve. Elflein, who has been dealing with a hip injury, missed practice throughout the week in the lead-up to Sunday’s Week 7 matchup’

Welp… Stroud is the guy, right?
raleigh-panther replied to TheMostInterestingMan's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yeah. Leave it to the Panthers to rediscover the forward pass and win against a team with injuries and miss up their draft position I watched Stroud today, wow, is all I can say young is just too small. No thanks. In the nfl he is going to play against much bigger faster people than himself every week. Don’t want it I’ll say too, all those draft picks from the 49ers could be very late in the rds so after next rd level. I guess I’ll be rooting for Christian and against the 49ers -
All I read from people on this board was ‘2022 had no QBs. They weren’t worth it and to wait for 2023 class ‘ well, here it comes and your beloved Panthers are right there for one of them and one of them will be picked which one depends on the HC hire and OC preference if you loved Corral, as I did, he isn’t going anywhere but to me he was the best of the not great. He will compete with the draftee from this year Probability it is likely going to be between Stroud and Young. pick one. Be happy. I’m sure most of the Huddle prognosticators missed on Newton as well

This would be great but I don’t see Pep leaving for anything but HC

He tore them to pieces god is he accurate

I'm finally excited - a chance to rebuild the right way

Been through: Capers, Siefert, Fox, Rivera and Rhule ive seen a lot of stupid poo I’ll tell you this, the people who pay money for this joke of a franchise aren’t going to cotton to another abject failure -
I am glad for Christian he is going somewhere where they will use him properly as for this wretched franchise, thanks to all the draft capital they burned through for mediocre ass players, there was little choice they best hope they get a return in those freaking draft picks the panthers just can’t have nice things and they can kiss my ass

2022 and a pro football team can’t execute a forward pass for more than 5 yards Yet, they practice great Start Eason and be done with it

As we say here ‘even a blind squirrel finds an acorn now and again’. lol There are plenty if blind squirrels to chose from it’s been 12 years since the Panthers were a laughing stock of such gargantuan proportions at least you can watch other games guilt free now. As there are what 10 more weeks of the McAdoo. Darnold. Baker fill in the blank show IT BEGS THE QUESTION, WHAT DO THEY DO IN PRACTICE? Both Rhule and Wilks just rave about PRACTICE
-
Lol oh, you do dare to dream…. forget it friend
-
They need to start Eason what difference does it make at this point see if he can be 3rd string PJ is a gift from Rhule anyway sure seems like a tank is on. Feel bad for the players who put their body on the line every week and the fans who have seats this is all on Tepper and no one else

He is the lucky one Cardinals aren’t a good team but they are miles above Panthers

What if the Panthers get a top tier offensive coach, not named Sean, and throw money at Lamar You never know what might happen next year but this year is done unless there is a miracle on a mint Street I honestly found today very puzzling….granted walker is what he is but is he not capable of throwing a 5 yard slant ? I can see close to the vest in the first half the second half, sweet baby Jesus come on. After the Bucs, I’ll catch the condensed version on Monday. No point in being miserable or expecting something to happen that won’t or can’t Who knew a pro team couldn’t scheme a complete forward pass First time since the start of the franchise I’ve done this but life is too short.

Time to take a step back..(reality check)
raleigh-panther replied to Doc Holiday's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don’t think they will have to try too hard to lose out I feel bad for the players and the fans the owner let the franchise down. The house cleaning should have come at the end of the year we all know in today’s NFL, if you ain’t got a Qb, you ain’t got nothing -
Thank you, PJ. And fug you NFL. And fug you Refs.

Wait. Mayfield. Darnold . Corral. Pj Walker. Eason. Who did I miss -
As if losing Robbie Anderson is a great tragedy
-
We weren’t winning 5 games with a non gutted staff either You know as well as I do that if you dont have a Qb in the nfl, you have nothing we know who to thank for this and it’s not Wilks for the ones who wanted to tank for the number one pick, they should be happy I’m glad Rhule is gone, win or lose, as he built this shitty foundation and he is gone The house may go with him and maybe it should

It doesn’t hurt to be optimistic what is there to lose had the panthers their 3 key defensive starters. Things might have been different this offense is a mess. there is no to rescue them. -

A team only goes so far without a qb and a passing game We knew this Wilks isn’t Jesus. He can’t turn a 4th string qb into mahomes or McAdoo into Reid -
