A moment of silence for PSL Holders….
raleigh-panther replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep. I’m tied into the end of next year. I had hoped when they change was made from Ron to Rhule, a qb would be+drafted. Stupid I got a signed McCaffrey helmet for my trouble lol Add to it, I had an unexpected move this year, so I sell them for whatever the market will bear and I feel not bad about it at all. had the seats since 2000 and bought individual tickets since 1995 i used to enjoy it No more Living through Capers, Siefert, Fox, Rivera, Rhule, know this, I regret renewing but I should’ve known better everything has a season -
Reich handing over playcalling to Brown

Nice pic -
My ‘give a damn’ is well broken with the Tepper version of the Panthers That said, perhaps Jaycee Horn and the other hamstring injured will return to save the day…for a game or two anyway..that’s all he is good for Pro football is all about the team identity and talent selection in free agency and drafting well to fit that identity …this version does none of that. I see nothing in the future is going to change that I am sick and tired of watching Tepper’s brain trust tilt at windmills for $6 grand a year …and handing out contracts to the likes of Miles and Donte and letting Hanson, Gilmore, CMC and Moore walk. There is a price to pay for thinking ‘I’m the smartest guy in the room’ and anyone who is dumb enough like me to support anything Tepper touches me, pays that price.

Ok. Again. We see different things I hope you are right

No what I’ve said is a QB needs to show the ability to elevate himself and his team and if not the ability, the promise of the ability. i do not see that. ….at all. i have not seen that in any game the young man has been in and I continue to say he has neither the arm or the legs to scare a nfl defense and that is a problem as the noose around his neck will get tighter and tighter as a result. he is a game manager, not a star, and all pieces must be present for game managers at the pro level he plays scared I believe in 3 years, maybe less, the Panthers will be starting over I hope I’m wrong. … then again, having bought tickets and PSLs since 1995, my give a damn is pretty broken particularly with the people calling the shots ..I leave it for younger people to buy tickets

And Fitterer dazzling with his Scouting dept

If I were a coach, CJ Henderson would never see the field. Ever

Put a freaking TE in the backfield
-
Terrible play call. Absolutely terrible
-
Reich needs to refind aggression running laterals isn’t going to cut it and wastes a down run the ball forward with 2 TEs and take your shots have they blitzed Tua lately?
-
Miami scores her and start of the 3rd im sure Jaycee horn will be back …when it doesn’t matter

If you are lucky, you might make it to being a sr citizen. A lot of people aren’t

Well. Need to call routes past the sticks.

Not playing that game. ..and it actually proves what I was saying there is nothing about this kid in the NFL that elevates what he does have Too, your question could be made for every team in the league at any point in time either due to poor drafting, free agency or injury or in the Panthers, all of that, with scheme changes added in that dont fit the personnel I’m talking on pure talent in the NFL. The NFL isn’t college and it isn’t a video game and as likable at dinner as this young man may be, none of that matters in the nfl when he has the opportunity, when it matters, he doesn’t hit it …don’t care about what he does in garbage time I hope it changes for the Panthers sake but I just don’t see it.

We can agree to disagree i wish Bryce nothing but success. Good for him good for the franchise I simply believe what my eyes tell me and they tell me he is not a NFL QB There is nothing that shows me that in any game, running or passing its ok if you see things differently. I also wouldn’t have drafted him
-
No one wants Bryce to fail ‘learning and adapting’ is great but a player either has a nfl arm or the movement to tax and stretch a defense or he doesn't. i just don’t see how he succeeds …and without perfect pieces around him, I don’t see how he ever succeeds I’m not saying that to be a contrarian. I am just going by what my eyes tell me I believe Parcells was correct in saying ‘he better walk on water’ and all I’ve seen at the nfl level, except when the game is already decided, is a whole lot of drowning

‘Something about Mary ‘ bad
-
Appreciate what you say but. fields 1. Has a nfl sturdy build 2. can run and does run without hesitancy or fear so the defense has to watch for that 3 has a nfl level arm Bryce may be a better processor in time but for now, his physical limitations are showing and he can’t run to hide the line weaknesses and he can’t or doesn’t throw deep so all the defense has to do is just close in on him. Over and over and over I want him to succeed but honestly, I don’t know what that looks like with him
-
Perhaps the Panthers should do the same its not like those adjustments are doing anything
-
It just doesn’t matter anymore we have who we have no one is going to tell a billionaire what to do Talk and conjecture are over perform or else in the nfl. The owner isn’t leaving so someone else will

I’m glad you are a fan of soccer It means nothing to me truthfully Raleigh. Cary. Chapel Hill are soccer hot beds and it would have been better if the owner of the hurricanes made the investment in pro soccer he knows how to run a franchise and if MLB comes to the Triangle, bad news for the Durham Bulls but that MLB team will be supported for me, watching what Tepper has done TO THE PANTHERS is putrid

When ? he is very impulsive and risk taking needs to have an exit strategy It’s very difficult to do that in a community and have any credibility left Moving that facility away from charlotte was stupid to begin with On a side note, I notice the ‘two states, one team’ saying had been gone for awhile he dreams big but in the sports arena those dreams fall flat
