Nicole will, in all likelihood, inherit the Panthers should Tepper depart this earth still married and the owner if she, in fact, did want Stroud, id say she is far smarter then the experts time will tell

I read KC is the player in that trade

Do you really believe Young could throw the ball far enough with enough velocity to keep up with his speed i dont

My issue isn’t what Stroud does or doesn’t do my issue was and is with the Panthers strategy or lack thereof… if no one (and remember, these are paid professionals…it’s their job) 1. knew enough to not realize the different talent levels and depth of 2024 qbs to 2023 and advise waiting 2. Was concerned that young was a non performer at the combine 3. Thought his physical limitations and setup was problematic for the NFL 4. That giving up a number 1 wide receiver for a rookie qb was not a smart move we can say hindsight is 20 20 but if those that actually played the game, wanted a player with all these issues, or didn’t, and let an owner cast the deciding vote, it is no wonder the franchise has been a dumpster fire all water over the dam now…for the next 3 years thank god, I pay my last season ticket invoice of the Tepper era this year

Facts many experts had Bryce as the best qb Bryce is short Bryce is not a physical specimen Bryce has issues Bryce was in a shitty situation none of it matters anymore he is here Might as well live with it and let it go the panthers, due to Impatience, have blown the past 4 years … in typical franchise fashion, instead of improving the roster, and waiting for the qb rich 2024 draft, they blew it…just as they blew the drafts before this one with no blueprint … they are bottom feeders until they stop throwing poo on a wall and hoping it sticks it’s really that simple. I believe young is not going to make it. Not his fault this organization did what it did Young was always a risk. But, it was the Panthers brain trust who took that risk and compounded it

Let's not go too crazy with OL upgrades
raleigh-panther replied to MHS831's topic in Carolina Panthers
That’s absolutely true however the panthers have made it abundantly clear, that its all about bryce, all the time …unless free agency answers that need, all bryce, all the time -
I know nothing about how the writer / publisher created the article i only knew it was dated today, was the first article i saw that referenced the firing, and there were other articles that came out since that stated the same about the guy’s job status many on here, including me, worked in businesses that used analytics as a tool for probability but it really isn't hard to see the fatal flaw of using it exclusively for the NFL ..the guy came from the Eagles…tepper and fitterer drank the kool aid, add to it RAS, and here we are

This came up on a feed for me today. I have not verified it https://fanrecap.com/article-706116/?utm_source=carolina-panthers&utm_medium=facebook&utm_campaign=nfl-mk&fbclid=IwAR0xqmLhpMQSKR5PHHfWlg626spsZ_UYQls9rz3wsaTNS9O_6OdD0-9c4tc_aem_AS6RCGSRdFxlpCbxxHN1pswEAf2liiLsL09zTx2q5yxzB7lQFkDi-7cUUPcAjC0L91Q In an unexpected move that’s sent ripples through the league, the Carolina Panthers are bidding farewell to Taylor Rajack, their esteemed director of football analytics. Rajack, who’s been with the team since 2019, has played a pivotal role in game planning, trend analysis, and shaping the Panthers’ approach to player research. This decision comes as a surprise to many, especially considering Rajack’s significant contributions to the team’s strategies and player selection processes, most notably in the draft selection this year. Taylor Rajack joined the Panthers’ ranks in 2019, bringing with him a fresh perspective on how data and analytics could influence football operations. Over the years, his expertise and insights into game preparation, trend analysis, and player research have become invaluable to the Panthers. Rajack’s knack for deciphering complex data and translating it into actionable strategies has made him a central figure in the team’s decision-making process. Perhaps the most compelling evidence of Rajack’s analytical prowess was how his findings led to a favorable comparison of Young to NFL legend Drew Brees. Through meticulous data analysis, Rajack demonstrated that Young’s accuracy in key areas of the field mirrored that of Brees. This comparison not only bolstered confidence in selecting Young but also showcased the profound impact analytics can have in evaluating talent. One aspect of Young’s game that sparked debate among scouts and analysts was his ability to throw effectively to the middle of the field. This is where Rajack’s expertise shone brightly. By leveraging advanced analytics, Rajack was able to alleviate concerns surrounding Young’s capability in this area. His analytical work included creating detailed heat maps and assembling statistics that highlighted Young’s precision in short-area throws and over-the-middle passes. As the Carolina Panthers and Taylor Rajack part ways, it marks the end of a notable chapter for the team. Rajack’s innovative approach to football analytics has undoubtedly left its mark, highlighting the growing significance of data in shaping the strategies and decisions of NFL teams. His contributions, especially in the selection of Bryce Young, will be remembered as a testament to how analytics can illuminate the path to drafting future stars of the sport. As the Panthers navigate this transition, the impact of Rajack’s work will continue to resonate, underscoring the indelible link between data and the intricate dance of football strategy.

Locked On Panthers with Solomon Wilcots
raleigh-panther replied to jayboogieman's topic in Carolina Panthers
He makes good points…and we all know these things if we have ever been in management Tepper isn’t my favorite person I think he wants that cultural but he picks the wrong people to grow it, and becomes frustrated when his vision doesn’t materialize and requires course correction he is a typical Myers’s Briggs ENTP personality …to a tee. he has big dreams. Big visions but when those do not materialize, he quits on that vision and moves on truthfully, I do not blame him for firing Reich. I blame him for hiring him and wanting young. He should be playing percentages vs outliers -
Any idea of what Young is doing in the offseason to improve?

Cold very cold …but I did lol because I’m shallow -
Maybe…he is happy where he is…doing what he does…for who he does it for i said the same in another thread a few weeks ago not sure he has the personality for a HC either and he may have personal considerations it is more than possible to have a long, lucrative career as a coordinator without the spotlight, aggravation and pressure of a HC not everyone is cutout for the belly of the beast NFL HCs endure

Tony Pauline: Campen was Tepper's "eyes and ears"
raleigh-panther replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
7 years is an eternity in the nfl 3 years is the standard to turn around it seems in the nfl lions latest example…if teams know what they are doing Rhule is a ncaa coach and a really really bad hire -
Playoff teams invest heavily in both lines the Panthers need to do the same They have zero depth, two continually injured guards, an underperforming left tackle and an average right tackle and a one trick pony center and zero, and I mean zero, backups worth a damn …and those coming off injury guards are a year older they need to go young I would not care if every single draft pick was oline 17 games make that line a necessity for an extremely small nfl qb that they spent a fortune on over the years, they haven’t drafted a WR or TE worth a damn, Steve Smith during the Siefert years was a long time ago, so get those in free agency
