  1. As I sit here, I know it will be many years before the Panthers will be here again
  2. I’m in SoCal in a casino. Weak ass rams fans. Go Bengals
  3. Matt c is my pick. I put a profile on the draft page
  4. But that Rhule connection though… I guess we have to hope the new OC has a brain
  5. Sad but true all I ever from Tepper in my inbox is the soccer team i fear not, however, as the invoice comes the r d of this month.
  6. Yeah. That was my thought there are supposedly 9 ’ home games this year if a person is paying for season tickets that could be a lot of extra money to watch a dumpster fire let them play that game with Rhule in Germany
  7. Ok first, everybody knew what Sam Darnold was, is and will be as a NFL Qb second, the injury history and performance of the two OL free agents was abysmal The failure of the offense should not be shocking to anyone, most of all, Matt Rhule I know of no other pro coach in the league who would make two simultaneously egregious evaluation errors like that
  8. we can only hope that macadoo does the evaluation and not be influenced by the temple recruiting bromance i would go with Matt Coral I think he will shine at the combine hopefully the knee isn’t an issue The thing to keep in mind is there are many qb hungry franchises right now so if they see enough to think someone is their guy, they have to pull the trigger
  9. Two most important positions in the new era NFL. LT and QB1 Rhule obviously didn’t get that memo in 2020 or 2021 His failure to adequately address both should have gotten his happy ass fired
  10. 90 Prospects in 90 Days: Ole Miss QB Matt Corral Taking a closer look at the Ole Miss signal-caller. SCHUYLER CALLIHAN FEB 8, 2022 Each day leading up to the 2022 NFL Draft, we will take a look at prospects that should be on the Carolina Panthers' radar. We will look at roughly thirteen prospects per round to give a better idea of potential draftees beyond just the first round. Here's our schedule for the next 80 days: 1st Round: Jan 28th - Feb 11th (15 players) 2nd Round: Feb 12th - Feb 24th (13 players) 3rd Round: Feb 25th - Mar 9th (13 players) 4th Round: Mar 10th - Mar 22nd (13 players) 5th Round: Mar 23rd - Apr 4th (13 players) 6th Round: Apr 5th - Apr 17th (12 players) 7th Round: Apr 18th - 28th (11 players) Prospect No. 12: QB Matt Corral College: Ole Miss Height: 6'1" Weight: 205 Draft range: Top 15 Analysis: The thing that concerns me most about Corral is the fact that he is coming from the Lane Kiffin system which has a lot of underneath throws, quick reads, and not much in terms of downfield progressions. Then again, getting the ball out quick may work behind the Panthers current offensive line. Wouldn't hate the pick but not at six. Analysis from NFL Draft Bible on Sports Illustrated: Matt Corral exudes competitive toughness as he stands tall in the pocket, is clutch on 3rd and 4th downs, plus is a fearless and physical runner. He can excel in a multitude of schemes, showing proficiency in the RPO+screen game, play-action vertical concepts, bootlegs and standard timing-based dropbacks. He has great but not elite arm strength and has tremendous pocket maneuverability while keeping his eyes downfield. Corral could have success early on if there is talent on his offense but would benefit most from sitting behind a veteran until he gets comfortable with the offense. Over time, he can be a franchise quarterback and Pro Bowl talent.
  11. Bruce Arians and staff aren’t exactly young ‘whipper snappers’ Rhule does seem to go to extremes.
  12. Dear Lord all this means, Rhule will draft him the same guy that worries about LT arm length won’t give a damn about Picketts hand size of a guy he tried to recruit
  13. My god how many years have we been saying ‘next year we will have all this cap space. We will have $a gazillion’ we never, ever do…and we wont have next year either
  14. Seems like we may see, as if we don’t already know, if Rhule was the true problem I’m not a fan of Brady, however when the brain trust gives an OC Cam Irving, Pat Effin, those god awful guards and the cherry on the top, is Sam Darnold, not sure what could be expected
  15. Quote. Zac Taylor was named the 10th head coach in Cincinnati Bengals history on Feb. 4, 2019. this, is the rebuild start that got them to the Super Bowl. A good coach drafts a qb and then his favorite WR add that to Mixon, and viola, a Superbowl we have none of those….an abysmal coach…a qb who should be surfing and we’re it not for said coach would be….an a rb that’s in the top more than with the club and WRs that would be wr2 and wr3 as are 1 and 2 another poster listed worst to first over the past 20 years
  16. Zac Taylor was named the 10th head coach in Cincinnati Bengals history on Feb. 4, 2019. this was the start of their rebuild with this coach
  17. Rhule will never, ever get it. you can totally forget about it in the modern nfl, you have to have a QB1 Didn’t trade up for Herbert. Passed on fields and Jones ..,for mf Darnold. we have darnold and a questionable DT and a non contact injury cb
  18. Amazing isn’t it at this moment, I hate Rhule and I hate Tepper more for keeping him what legitimate nfl team wants Darnod as QB1
  19. Sounds good but every year I can remember it is always ‘next year’ for the big cap savings it never happens and it won’t happen next year either with Rhule calling the shots
  20. Yep as the old southern saying goes ‘stand it, change it, leave it’ PSL holders only control whether we pay the yearly invoice. That’s it I understand how he feels but it doesn’t make any difference and PSLs are nothing more than a long term rental anyway lot of great memories in that stadium but nothing lasts forever. Time to move on
