  1. As bad as Tepper has been, you'd much rather have a Tepper as an owner who wants to win and spends money like its nothing than have a Michael Jordan who cheaped out on the basketball infrastructure so much that good coaches straight up pass on the organization despite young talent. Oh, and Michael wouldn't pay more than one coach at a time either. Trust me, as a long suffering Bobcats/Hornets fan... this is way better. Tepper had a lot of learning and humility to eat and he will get better. He knows its super embarrassing.
  2. More positives about Bryce...I've been to many games this season (don't know why really) Dude takes some vicious hits and gets right back up. Injuries haven't been a factor. Bryce's body is built like elastic and wirey where he can take hits and it doesn't phase him. That bodes well for his future. Teammates like him. They are always patting his helmet and Bryce greets everyone at halftime and end of game. This was not the case for last year's QB's. I'm interested to see what Tabor, Caldwell and Brown do with Bryce the rest of the season. I think there's a good chance he starts running more and there's more misdirections and options and Bryce comes out and plays very well and shuts people up on the huddle. As much a chance as him not improving.
  3. I think Luke would be an incredible coach, but I understand he wants his free time after football and isn't ready for it yet Tepper would have to have a coming of jesus though to win back the former players
  4. had to happen, but Fitt needs to go too. no reason to keep him. start fresh with a completely new staff I wanted Evero as i think NFL players respond to young black coaches and Evero has done a great job with trash but Tabor is a good option too, maybe we’ll finally see some misdirection, some trickery, really anything to give this offense a pulse other than the boring predictable terrible Reich offense
  5. I'd have more sympathy for Reich if he didn't trot out the SAME EXACT THING every single week. Like fug man, switch up the O-Line. switch up the scheme. Go power running with Bryce under center. SOMETHING. The reason we can't move the ball is becuase the opposing defense knows whats coming
  6. For next year, Brady at LT, Ickey at LG, draft a center with the 2nd round pick, go out and get the best RG available in FA
  7. I went to the game last Sunday and even my dad noticed how crappy the field looks. Like there is no redeeming qualities whatsoever other than a billionaire to save some bucks.
  8. The best scenario for this team Lose the remaining games, get the 1st pick of the 2nd round. At this point don't care about giving the #1 pick to the Bears...I'd rather have Fitterrer and Tepper be embarrassed Clean house, hire a team president from the Ravens, Steelers, or Eagles Let the team president do all the hiring Trade the #33 pick to a QB needy team for multiple picks, including a next year's first if possible Give Bryce one more year, and if he doesn't show improvement then decide to move on in 2025 with cleaner cap sheet and first round pick(s) Its a long and sucky journey, yes, but Charlotte fans are used to long and sucky journeys, hell I've waited 20 years for the freaking Bobcats/Hornets
  9. Fitterer has drafted athletes, not football players. Put all of Fitterer's draft picks on a list. Its atrocious. So sick of drafting "high athletic scores" instead of good IQ football players.
  10. Listen, I hate Tepper as much as the next guy...but there is no way that Tepper dictated Frank Reich to install this offense and scheme. That's insanity. Maybe Frank didn't get the QB he wanted to run it, but this offense is all on him. He should have built a better offense suitable to BY, period. We have a power running game offensive line. Bryce could and would have run last year's McAdoo offense better than Darnold, Baker and Walker.
  11. yeah, i’d rather have first round home runs than no home runs at all Hurney is still way way better and i would gladly take him back
  12. Hurney picked all pros in the draft, he is way way better than Fitterer. He likely would have taken Parsons over Horn. Fitterer is somehow worse than Gettleman, who ruined two franchises
  13. Hopefully Tepper learns that he can't just hire/select people based on his rapport with them. He chose Frank and he chose Bryce based on job interviews.
  14. There's only 32 head coaching jobs in the NFL in the world. Someone will definitely want the job, and a good chance someone young and hungry.
  15. The sharps are pounding the Panthers. Probable reasons: Cowboys play in 4 days on Thanksgiving in a game they need to win to keep pace in the NFC playoff race The Cowboys are worse on the road Dak is inconsistent, Panthers have a good pass D according to the numbers, and haven't been able to run the ball well lately Teams that blew out their opponent the previous week are having a hard time covering the spread the next week "Kitchen Sink" game for the Panthers, they will likely go all out to win and save their jobs
  16. Yes. I've been to several NFL stadiums and the BOA, while pretty, is way, way below the others. Like Nashville (Titans) is an uglier stadium but way more fun to be at. Its the product of sterile old rich men in Richardson and Tepper who couldn't entertain a baby in a candy store
  17. You mean when you hire a coach that relates really well to young black men and can lead them as well as he led on the field, the players execute and play better? Who would have thought! Ryans is a slam dunk hire for them and proof you don't need a offensive head coach, just a leader of men and a good game manager.
  18. Beane has quietly been a pretty bad drafter in Buffalo. That is why they are in the mess they are in
  19. Fitterrer has been absolutely disastrous in the draft, one of the worst track records in NFL history, there's no way you can let him make the picks in 2024
  20. Even the Bills have struggled with drafting, that's a reason why they are mediocre We need someone from the Baltimore/Pittsburgh/Philly tree, they are almost always consistently good drafting and talent evaluators Seattle too, but too much PTSD with failed Fitterer
  21. I hate to say it, but the odds of Mingo panning out are extremely low. He's given every opportunity, just looks really slow out there and still can't run routes, the odds of a player like that improving to be a star are zilch. Just another huge whiff by Fitterer and he needs to be fired yesterday so a new GM can focus on the draft
  22. The problem is that Fitterer completely and utterly whiffed on the draft the last three seasons, and when you do that, you aren't a good team, period
  23. Dude we had most of our defense out lol. We were playing some CB named Booty that I never heard of
  24. He and Fitt need to go for thinking that this is the best way to utilize Bryce Young We had a power running game offensive line and a good power running back, and they decided nope lets install the Luck Colts offense and sign Miles Sanders instead
  25. Ironically, last year's offense is what Bryce needed. A strong power running game and Bryce making plays when needed Instead we got......this? And spent a ton of money on finesse running back?
