Had doubts about the OLine but they are playing better than expected. Still need a LT but they are working well together.

Honestly checkdown Teddy could do this with a healthy CMC. Teddy has been balling. Darnold is playing ok. I think CMC is really bailing him out.

First half he looks amazing but I feel 2nd half the adjustments gets to him. Brady and Darnold need to improve this or we will have teams eat us up 2nd half and win. Especially since we dont have a reliable kicker.

Thats what Im thinking. But he will have to play call better against the Saints and Sam will have to show more.

Do we think its possible that Sam hasnt had too many live reps and this game was a test run to see what we have before we let him loose against the Saints? The way I see it was we are playing against a inexperienced QB and a team who we should beat with our defense. If we have Sam just manage and not do too much the game is winnable and we can open him up more next week.

Very simila only defense looked alot more experienced and opposition QB looked alot more inexperienced than Carr did.

Wasnt too impressed with Sam. CMC will make any QB look amazing. But have to expect that with him being on a new team with 2 quarters of experience with them. He will develop over the year. The pass to Robby was a dime though. Definitely has the talent just needs the XP.

Not really impressed with the offense but not alot of preseason reps so I get it. Defense needs a stop here.

Defense shows up big 24-6

This Right Here. Literally we hung in with the Chiefs til the end. If we had CMC last year we wouldve made it. Seems like a good assessment of the team. Its really about what we get out of Darnold. Every position but LB and Oline is stacked. Defense alone will keep us in every game. Its just if the offense can click.

This has muchadoaboutnothin. We a running vanilla offensive plays and showing 5% of the playbook. Slye is the bigger concern but Darnold 2 passes was simply to get him in game speed. Yea I think they shouldve let him play longer but I believe the joint practice from the colts to the ravens helped them to where they feel comfortable not throwing him out for a half. There has been a big improvement overall from the colts to the ravens. But Joey geez.

Im actually good friends with the owner of Tony's. He is a season ticket holder. He gave me and my dad a couple tickets for the game a couples times. Great people. I believe his son runs the one in Charlotte. But he lives in Jacksonville NC.

yea bring them to UNC-W, They would love wrightsville beach. they wouldnt even practice. Especially with college coming back in a couple weeks. They wouldnt focus seeing are team is very young. ECU would be nice.

Honestly I think Snow has alot of faith in the line and corner position that a aged Clinton-Dix wouldnt have to play so deep. That dline will generate so much pressure that anything past 35 to 40 yards will rarely happen.

Yea Chinn is too good at playing multiple positions to have him set in one position.

i dont like our QB situation but thats yet to be seen. The positive about this is last years Chiefs game. I was expecting us to get wrecked but I was pleasantly surprised how we held up against the reigning champs. I see us a year or 2 away from being in the championship. We are still missing a couple pieces but If we can keep our players next year and continue to develop. I see a bright future. So Im highly optimistic.

That was some good content there. Especially working off the breaks. Most corners have speed but these WRs can stop on a dime. Film and good anticipation helps but when you can get off breaks like a WR you become elite.

Im surprised Cam with the Pats game wasn't mentioned. Liked it though. The Robbie dolphins was pretty funny.

Horn had to go against some of the best WR in the nation and some of the best WR in the NFL. He does use his hands alot but he can jam well. Saying that, I think our dline will cause alot of pressure so jamming the receivers gives additional time for the line. Also I think, he can dial back a bit and be less handsy and still be a great corner. But you can't teach that physicality

I think it was solid. This defense going to wreck havoc. Jackson (please stay healthy), Horn, Brown, YGM, Burns, Reddick, Chinn, and if Shaq can step up this year. Top 5 defense. Offensively, I think we did a solid job on addressing the line. The Alabama pick gives us a solid big guard. We have given darnold weapons and out of the 3 Anderson Moore or Marshall we should have a quality WR group that should work. With CMC back I think it opens up everything. We should be his next year with tons of potential and promise. But 2022-2023 season we will be a absolutely nightmare to any team.

He doesn't need too much lateral movement at guard. Just there will be no screen passes that way. But he will definitely hold his end. Great pick
