Who would want to come to this dumpster fire

There is alot of serious stuff going on in this organization that I feel is not said. They aren't playing hard, it's like ok whatever. DJ Moore is hit or miss with giving himself up. Just like two weeks ago he got smacked and bounced off and ran a extra 20yds against Dallas. Then other times he just goes down easy. The other week he went down before even touched and got hit in the helmet for a unnecessary roughness penalty. You never know with him. But the drops is why I feel like players aren't bought into this team and I think it's deeper than just Sam oline and drops.

Who is the person who is going to chew the team or when we are not performing. Who is the guy who isn't going to accept the failure that we have become the past 3 games and call a players only meeting and light a fire. We need someone on offense and defense. And not wait til 4 mins in the 4th to fire up the team.

To be frankly honest. This team doesn't have leaders. We have a bunch of good players but nobody who has been a leader. We lack that and we lack oline hands and QB that's a leader. Granted he did good today at the end but leaders lead 4 quarters and don't wait till the end.
