Wasnt too impressed with Sam. CMC will make any QB look amazing. But have to expect that with him being on a new team with 2 quarters of experience with them. He will develop over the year. The pass to Robby was a dime though. Definitely has the talent just needs the XP.

Not really impressed with the offense but not alot of preseason reps so I get it. Defense needs a stop here.

This Right Here. Literally we hung in with the Chiefs til the end. If we had CMC last year we wouldve made it. Seems like a good assessment of the team. Its really about what we get out of Darnold. Every position but LB and Oline is stacked. Defense alone will keep us in every game. Its just if the offense can click.

This has muchadoaboutnothin. We a running vanilla offensive plays and showing 5% of the playbook. Slye is the bigger concern but Darnold 2 passes was simply to get him in game speed. Yea I think they shouldve let him play longer but I believe the joint practice from the colts to the ravens helped them to where they feel comfortable not throwing him out for a half. There has been a big improvement overall from the colts to the ravens. But Joey geez.

yea bring them to UNC-W, They would love wrightsville beach. they wouldnt even practice. Especially with college coming back in a couple weeks. They wouldnt focus seeing are team is very young. ECU would be nice.

Honestly I think Snow has alot of faith in the line and corner position that a aged Clinton-Dix wouldnt have to play so deep. That dline will generate so much pressure that anything past 35 to 40 yards will rarely happen.

Yea Chinn is too good at playing multiple positions to have him set in one position.

i dont like our QB situation but thats yet to be seen. The positive about this is last years Chiefs game. I was expecting us to get wrecked but I was pleasantly surprised how we held up against the reigning champs. I see us a year or 2 away from being in the championship. We are still missing a couple pieces but If we can keep our players next year and continue to develop. I see a bright future. So Im highly optimistic.

That was some good content there. Especially working off the breaks. Most corners have speed but these WRs can stop on a dime. Film and good anticipation helps but when you can get off breaks like a WR you become elite.

Horn had to go against some of the best WR in the nation and some of the best WR in the NFL. He does use his hands alot but he can jam well. Saying that, I think our dline will cause alot of pressure so jamming the receivers gives additional time for the line. Also I think, he can dial back a bit and be less handsy and still be a great corner. But you can't teach that physicality

I think it was solid. This defense going to wreck havoc. Jackson (please stay healthy), Horn, Brown, YGM, Burns, Reddick, Chinn, and if Shaq can step up this year. Top 5 defense. Offensively, I think we did a solid job on addressing the line. The Alabama pick gives us a solid big guard. We have given darnold weapons and out of the 3 Anderson Moore or Marshall we should have a quality WR group that should work. With CMC back I think it opens up everything. We should be his next year with tons of potential and promise. But 2022-2023 season we will be a absolutely nightmare to any team.

He doesn't need too much lateral movement at guard. Just there will be no screen passes that way. But he will definitely hold his end. Great pick

Im sorry but Teddy is better than Trent Dilfer. With a elite defense you always can win games. Teddy is a average QB but I think he has enough skills to put us over the top with a great defense. Majority our games we lost by less than a TD. If we can strengthen our defense and have a healthy CMC. I think we have a squad. 10 games we lost by a TD or less.

True but how much you have to give up to get a QB like Watson. Youll likely have to give up future and some quality. With Lance youll give up maybe less and still have your key players intact. I would rather keep CMC and Burns and lose a extra 2nd and 3rd next year than to give up Burns or CMC and 3 1st rds. Thats leaving you having to build throw FA and potentially getting wrecked in cap again because you cant get a 1st rd pick on a rookie deal for 4 years. Those savings makes a difference.

Honestly Id give Teddy 1 more year to prove himself and grab Parsons and let him work with Luke. Luke would have him dominating every game. That defense would be STACKKKKKEDDD

I hate a bid war for Watson. I feel like we are better off keeping our picks and if we have to trade up for Trey Lance and riding Teddy for half a year. We would be out of great picks for years and would have to look to FA for years and right back in a cap hole because we gave up too much. If Watson gets injured we be right back to square one.

Can he be taught. Thats hard because Cam had the same problem and he got a little better but not as good to catapult him. Even then when he tried his passes were high. Love Cam though
