Who is the guy who isn't going to accept the failure that we have become the past 3 games and call a players only meeting and light a fire. We need someone on offense and defense. And not wait til 4 mins in the 4th to fire up the team.

    To be frankly honest. This team doesn't have leaders. We have a bunch of good players but nobody who has been a leader. We lack that and we lack oline hands and QB that's a leader. Granted he did good today at the end but leaders lead 4 quarters and don't wait till the end.
