  1. After living 8 years surrounded by Steelers and Eagles fans.......I hate them both with a passion. Mostly because I know the faces of the men that will be crying bitter tears if the Steelers lose this one.
  2. Yep Sam Wyche.....thanks for that correction. Steve didn't sound right in my head but I figured it was close. LoL
  3. All that's missing is Steve Wyshe (??) to grab a mic and start yelling to the fans (this isn't Cleveland, we don't throw stuff onto the field!!). Anybody else remember that game?
  4. Did Nance just say the stadium announcer asked the crowd to settle down?
  5. I can't believe that wasn't a penalty.
  6. It still burns me when I think of the pundits yapping on about "the Panthers won because the Seattle D busted a coverage". Yes that was the game winning drive but it's not like we didn't score on 3 other 80 yard drives before that play. It's no wonder those fans are insufferable, the media is all over them. To quote Ron Rivera before our last Seattle game, "they had their time......it is our time now." Seahawks better get used to that idea because they have to come cross country to us this time and they don't have the crowd noise to help them through the playoffs. Speaking of crowd noise.....I hope BOA is rocking and shows them what REAL crowd noise is all about.
  7. Steve young thinks Luke has a bad haircut. Can you believe the ish those clowns have to say?
  8. I respect your point of view as well. I was referring to the Pats or people who find ways to subvert the rules when it has a negative impact on other people - not you specifically. I don't know you well enough to make that determination. I'd like to think if you you gave me your word and shook my hand on something, then that would be important and binding to you. However, since it isn't a written contract and you're a fan of loopholes if it suites your purpose, should I trust/believe you? I guess it's a hot button for me because I have dealt with so many people in the sales/marketing industry that will screw you over as easily as they say good morning. It's sickening to know your boss and/or coworkers are completely untrustworthy because they're always looking for the easy way to rip someone off instead of simply putting in the work and becoming good at their job. It's a primary reason I went into business for myself nearly 13 years ago and the shady guys with no integrity rode the wave until they were exposed and faded away. Looking for a loophole to legally be dishonest isn't my style and I have a sincere disdain for people who live that way. That's just me....
  9. I guess these comments are my biggest fundamental difference you and I. You think circumventing the rules and finding ways to cheat without getting caught make you smart. I think it makes you an A**hole with no integrity, that can never be trusted, will never be respected, and basically a miserable human being.
  10. I totally agree with you but since I don't know for sure, I'll concede the point was made until the report comes out.
  11. Yeah I already read your link....the link that disprove the point you were trying to prove. LOL. Common sense doesn't apply to blind Pats followers. Of course, defer to every other team to try and deflect the blame, it's not going to work.
  12. Good point....they didn't distinguish between the Colts balls being deflated and deflated below the allowable limit.
  13. It's hilarious that these guys can start talking about how the balls got deflated regardless of whether or not it makes sense. Don't let the fact that it scientifically impossible to "rub down" 2 psi of air pressure two hours before a game. Belichick's new nickname should be "Skinny Black" because he's Ludacris
  14. Nice try but that's not true Fanboy.....The temp at game time was around 51 degrees which isn't cold enough for balls to deflate. Plus, oddly enough 0 out of 12 Colts balls deflated due to the weather - yet 11 out of 12 Patriots balls lost 2 psi of pressure. I included a link to prove you're talking out your anus. Don't come in here with this weak sauce and think it's not going to end up making you look foolish. http://www.businessinsider.com/nfl-official-patriots-deflated-deflategate-2015-1
  15. I didn't realize penis jousting was a professional sport until I heard Brett Farve got sponsored by the Micro Touch mini grooming tool. Don't forget to wear your safety goggles gentleman.
  16. You must have been editing as I was typing....I deleted my post. Sorry for the confusion.
  17. I actually respect the guy a ton more since finding out he had family on the Patriots team. For me, I appreciate him defending his family a little. Of course, I still think he's misguided for jumping in front of that Patriots bus but at least he has a good reason. I don't mind people having biased opinions, especially when they get illogical and desperate. LOL....Slapping some common sense on an Patriots apologist head is rather entertaining.
  18. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/01/23/did-the-enforcer-miss-chance-to-avoid-deflategate/ You can reference that article as this being a sting by the NFL to catch the Patriots altering balls after the refs inspect them and deem them ready for play. I don't make stuff up so I can generally back up my points with some reference because losing my credibility is worth it. The final score shows that it wasn't necessary for the Patroits to use deflated balls and it was incredibly stupid to try and skirt the rules. My bias isn't against "the Patroits", it is against a team with a history of not respecting the rules of the game and basic fairplay. I want to believe that personal Integrity is not a thing of the past and my Panthers wouldn't turn a blind eye to following the rules if it cause fans to lose faith in the franchise or the NFL. Whether or not you think deflated balls give an advantage isn't the point. The point is there are set rules for both teams to follow and the Patroits took it upon themselves to decide the rules that don't apply to them. It's the same type of arrogant behavior that got them in trouble in the past and for the life of me, I don't know why they do it. BB is a good coach, Brady is a HOF QB....I think it's his 6th Super Bowl appearance and I would LOVE for the Panthers to have that type of success but without all the shady nonsense. The Pats are too good of a team to act like back room hustlers and I wish they'd knock it off. I don't know if Brady is a cheater, I will say this....I highly doubt the equipment manager is doing anything to the footballs that isn't at the specific request of Tom Brady. Those footballs are being tuned in to Brady's exact specifications so if they're deflated after the refs approve them, it's because Tom Brady instructed that to happen. Equipment managers don't ruin their QB's perfect footballs by changing air pressure on their own. I will never believe that because it goes totally against what he's there for, get the game balls perfect for Brady. As for the people of the Northeast, I still own an office in NEPA. I lived there for 12 years and have many good friends and employees in that area. Nice, friendly people, with a strong work ethic and a good moral center. It was too mountainous and got waaaay too much snow for me to want to make it my permanent residence. Finally, why am I compelled to assault the Patriots? Actually, all I'm doing is providing the TRUTH of what is going on with this situation. When I read these Patriot apologist come on here and spew lies or half truths, then I call them on it and provide links to the actual article, quote, or story. I'd rather not talk about the Pats but when they violate the rules (again) they open themselves up to this type of criticism.
