no, just working out and eating right up until now.. although UPS just came to do the door with my weight gainer and I'll get those in the mail next week. pretty solid deal I couldn't pass up.. $70 including shipping for all 3.. leucine (400grams), arginine/ornithine (250 tabs), and 1000g of creatine..

anyone have experience with taking arginine and ornithine together along with leucine? reviews seem to be really positive.

He is exactly what we were needing all along... We have our #2 receiver, aside from Olsen. and I'm somewhat surprised (ok, not really) by this 2nd page of posters claiming Ginn can't run routes or making excuses.. You OBVIOUSLY have missed out. And Ginn only has 7 catches because Cam missed out quite often when Ginn was running solid routes and getting wide open on the other 40% of the route tree you claim he didn't run.

I'm at a bar and some guy comes in with his kid.. it didn't take him more than 3 minutes to start bashing how obvious the playcalling was in this game... what's so frustrating is watching him beat his head against the wall with some of these play calls.. 3rd and short so let's send everyone deep while Bell scoots back 3 steps, bumps Mario, and stops... That was his technique all game.

so many "intelligent" people will have their opinions, but it always comes down to the basics.. We did not execute. Some questionable calls by the coaches.. same ole same ole really is an obvious response. It concludes most of the same poo everyone bitches about, whether you want to focus on executing play calls or coaching decisions... It's been both, no one can really deny that..
