Latest big receiver payday - Terry McLaurin
PandaMan replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
DJ could’ve gotten more on the open market no doubt. I’m glad he stayed here, DJ is such an antithesis in personality when compared to your typical great WR. But Scary Terry is a stud and it’s great to see the deserving guys get paid. -

Always wanted to go to TC for a couple days. Might as well do it this year. If I’m blinded by the sweat glistening off CMC’s calves I can die a happy man. A blind man, but a happy one

Cut PJ and roll with the two young guys to save a roster spot. We have a lot of talent at WR right now and there’s a decent chance someone will get scooped up if we put anyone worthwhile on the practice squad. Or at least use it for depth somewhere else. We really don’t need 3 QBs on the roster with Brandon “Renaissance Man” Zylstra on the team

I wanna see a big man get a TD this year. They need love, too!

Don’t take this away from me edit- all the things I’ve read have been talking about his mobility (or lack thereof) being notable, but he could be killing it from the pocket

We’re working on red zone drills?! Teddy Bridgewater just felt a chill go down his spine. in all seriousness, it’s great seeing Corral show promise already. Over in FalconWorld their shiny new drafted QB is a statue and is struggling with throwing on the run. You love to see it. Also glad to see Tremble getting more targets. We’re not as far off as people think

Terrace Marshall Jr is the standout in this minicamp

Terrell McClain’s been standing around Canton wondering why he hasn’t gotten his call yet -
Would love to pick him up if the contract is good. You can never have enough pass rushers and losing Reddick was a blow. Plus, I believe he’s from SC. Bring him home!

What does Ja Rhule think about this? Where’s Ja?!

Carolina Huddle Fitterer Approval Rating

I’m pretty certain we had a good draft last year, but it’s hard to tell when your first pick breaks his foot and your HC doesn’t play his young guys because of short arms or whatever else. We barely used Tremble or TMJ last year. I think Fitt is gonna prove his worth if Rhule keeps getting power stripped away -

I’m good with The Fiddler. He seems to thrive in the chaos of the draft and doesn’t panic (at least not that I’ve seen). It’d be nice if him and Dan Morgan could take control of all roster moves -
I don’t think there’s anything confirmed. Mostly just speculation since he was working in the scouting department, then left like a year later. Plus, he goes to Buffalo stuff and was in Washington last year. But they’re his old coaches and he’s likely still very close with them, so I wouldn’t look too far into it

some tweets from OTAs...qb are throwing

Come on man, it took Jay-Z seven years to make it. Sam’s got another three or four in him! -

Competent coaching can go a LONG way. Baltimore changed their entire offense to fit Lamar’s skill set and then he won MVP. McAdoo is saying the right things, so I’d love to focus on Corral’s strengths and let him rip that poo. If CMC stays healthy the RPO could actually be pretty fuging good if done right -

Wish we had him last year, Charlton really poo the bed a number of times. Letting Andy Lee go a few years back was a big mistake (we even traded for the guy and released him a year later). Practice squad rules have changed a lot with the new CBA so I’m expecting PJ to stick around on there. It’s good to see Corral throwing with accuracy, if he looked like ass it’d be pretty concerning. Really excited about TMJ as well; he’s almost the forgotten man. -
No doubt. The fact that it took so long to put a DPOY corner on their best WR is a bit embarrassing. Terry was stealing Jackson’s lunch money and mooning him through the church windows on Sunday morning

How about no. We could use more attitude on the team, which Baker has in spades, but Corral has fire in him when I watch the dude on the field. Luke-esque in how he seems almost soft spoken and calm off the field, but the animal comes out when the pads come on. Please don’t waste money or draft assets on Baker. I like him as a player for the most part (maybe because him shredding us his rookie year is imbedded in my mind), but this isn’t the right place for him. Take the lumps and move on.

Panthers have second most cap space in the NFL
PandaMan replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
I don’t think anyone forgot, every time he’s on the field he’s making great plays. People simply don’t have any faith that he will ever stay healthy again. Good news about the cap, though! Very glad we got Moton and DJ locked up already. We basically have to re-sign Burns, and Jaycee will get a fat contract if he stays healthy and keeps trending up. I’m excited to see him this year
