  1. I actually love it. It’s hilariously basic and the memes have been worth it. I hope they stick with it. They could’ve stuck with the Redskins and put potatoes on their helmets instead, but here we are.
  2. The All or Nothing series was pretty cool. The only Hard Knocks I’ve seen was with the Raiders when Antonio Brown froze his feet and I thought it was awesome. I’d love to see more into the team and how Rhule coaches.
  3. Really miss his tenacity on the field. We’ve been missing that fire on the field. 89 was on another level.
  4. I’ll be honest, I don’t want to draft Mac Jones, period. He gives me Christian Ponder vibes. If we’re unable to get Desean Watson it’s Trey Lance or bust, baby!
  5. Agreed... time for Ron and Hernia to send a picture of their iPhone note apology. The mishandling of his injuries and horrific OL play probably have him seeing Nate Chandler and Byron Bell in his nightmares. Whether it’s sincere or not, it does matter (at least to me) that he apologized. The fact that there are a few typos leads me to believe he did it himself. Teenagers and kids are prone to being dumb. Hopefully he learned something.
  6. No thanks. Wilson is great, but his age really is the downfall here. Especially a guy who’s game relies so much on his mobility. If we were in QB purgatory 5 years ago then I’d pull the trigger.
  7. He intimidates moms from Tennessee, that’s for sure
  8. Seems like sarcasm might’ve surpassed you, but I’ll also say, if Tom Brady or Philip Rivers did the same thing, they’d be praised for their tenacity and and competitive spirit
  9. I’m just saying some NFL players beat kids and seem to get a pass (looking at you, Adrian Peterson and Tyreek). All he was doing was talking smack back to the kid, man. He would’ve been better off not responding. But, honestly, he was being yelled at by some kids in 2018 at a camp he did when they asked him about if he told Von Miller Happy Father’s Day. He’s giving up his time to do these camps and when you get heckled by a spoiled 13 year old? It’d get on my nerves, too. He’s human like the rest of us
  10. Lol he’s a professional athlete, not Nelson Mandela. He didn’t curse, he didn’t hit the kid. He didn’t scream. Are you really hating on Cam for this?
  11. I feel like that’s why Cam was like, “where’s your dad?” He knew his dad would be pissed if he knew he paid for his kid to go to that only to be yelling “you ass” at an MVP giving up his time to do a football camp. What a joke
  12. As much as I love CMC, it’s not terribly hard to find productive backs in the draft. If we were able to do 3 firsts and CMC for Watson, especially without having to give up any of our young defensive players, I would do it. Defense wins championships, and franchise quarterbacks get you there.
  13. But actually now that I think about it, since he’s not under contract anymore due to it expiring, I’m not even sure if that would apply to him. It’s gonna be interesting to see what happens. I would love to keep him.
  14. Holding out penalties have gotten much more severe under the new CBA. They get fined out of the wazoo per day missed of camp. It was previously $40k a day, but teams would usually waive that once they showed up. They can’t do that anymore, plus the penalty cost has gone up. And since he’s still on a rookie deal I’m not sure if that’s something he wants to do. I’d hate to play hardball with the guy but teams have a lot more power with this stuff than under the last CBA.
  15. Things change so fast in the NFL that it’s hard to say when we’ll be competitive. We were competitive this year but our QB really held us back. No one thought we’d go 15-1 with the MVP and go to a Super Bowl after going 7-8-1 the year before. All you can really do is make moves for players you’re confident in. If the defense continues to grow and we get a competent QB, anything can happen.
  16. Hey! That’s “Mister” Leg Shaver. But yeah, as much as I would love Deshaun, I don’t see it happening without giving up the farm. They already have David Johnson (even though CMC is clearly better), so I feel like we’d have to throw in defensive players as well. Brian Burns is the main one I’m concerned about. I think he’ll keep improving into one of the best.
  17. Wow. That’s so sudden, I’m so sorry for his family. He was a very good WR at one point. Hate that he ended up like this, he’s one of the guys you never really heard a bad thing about. Very interested in seeing what happened. Just goes to show every day is one you should appreciate and not take for granted.
  18. I feel like the distinction between LT and RT has gotten smaller in recent years, so the pay scale might be more similar than we used to see. Maybe they just mean they’re using the contract structure as a template? Who knows. Moton is solid, which is better than we’ve had at OT since Oher had his concussion. I say pay the man. Granted, I don’t want to pay him Ronnie Stanley money. Like someone else said, Lane Johnson is getting $18M per year at RT and Moton’s not that good. That’s a steep price, but market value is always going up. But if he’s getting tagged it gives us some time to figure it all out. I’m tired of having turnstiles at OT
  19. Can’t wait to see what moves they make as I watch the new episode of Fresh Prince
  20. Hell yeah man me neither, I had one of those for lunch. It wasn’t half eaten, though. Fully eaten. So damned good. I really don’t want Darnold. If that’s how the cards play out, so be it. He has talent but it seems like he has the same negatives he did in college and hasn’t improved. Is Rhule the guy to do it? Idk. Gase is a terrible head coach and really could’ve just been holding him down. If he went to a different coach initially he could be a decent starter. Unfortunately, I think he’s damaged goods at this point.
  21. Ah, yeah you’re right. I always get their names mixed up. Too much weed in college can’t keep it together anymore lol.
