Yep, Browns made the playoffs last year and might’ve this year if they didn’t botch Baker’s injury. They should’ve rolled with Keenum many, many weeks ago. Shades of our 2019 with a clearly injured QB. Don’t know what to make of Campbell yet but he loves his team and they’ve at least been on the upswing as the year has gone on. trading for Sam and Rhule’s incompetence at OL were hitting the iceberg, now we’re flooded and our fat ass is hanging out of the water. If we keep him, crack! Down we go.

I’m not sure that’s it with Rhule, I mean he loves PJ Walker. He just has such a preference for “his guys” and doesn’t budge, think, or properly evaluate said guys.

LOL. That picture is just so bad. Kalil the White Buffalo, and pre-big money Trai Turner are sorely missed. It sucks because Oher looked solid at LT until he got that weird concussion against the Vikings early in 2016. Don’t think he ever played again.

I’d give him the benefit of the doubt if he didn’t have a huge history of things like this. He fired his chef because he found a fish head for soup in his freezer and thought it was a mob threat. I love Cam as much as anyone on this board. He definitely put us into the national spotlight after we’d been a middling, defensive team for basically our whole existence. He did advance us into the spotlight in a way no one else had previously done. He’s why I got into football and started loving this team as much as I do. I was just saying we had stars before him. Guys like Peppers and 89 deserve love. But with the importance of being a QB, yeah Cam’s the most important.

While he didn’t put the franchise on the map, we had a historically horrific offense in 2010. He rejuvenated so much energy into the team when he was drafted and gave us the best QB performances we have seen in a Panthers uniform. Let’s not act like we weren’t at a historic low point in fan enthusiasm before Cam was drafted

No surprise. Rhule’s only NFL coaching experience was on OL before us, and they have consistently been horrible under his watch. He doesn’t know what he’s doing on OL or anywhere else lol

Eberflus would be nice but I want an offensive coach. I guess I should clarify, an offensive who actually knows what they’re doing. OL was supposed to be Rhule’s thing and, wow. What a mess. That’s why I want Hackett from Green Bay as my #1. He’s been OC few different places, knows the NFL game. I think he would be our best shot for long term success. Harbaugh would be great for a few years but would wear thin

Doesn’t matter if he’s reserved if his play does the talking. He’s a great player and with such a young team, you know the young guys gravitate towards someone with his accolades. I’m glad to have him even if it’s for a half season rental. Hope we can retain him if he doesn’t command a ton of cash

Agree 100%. I never saw it as a personal attack, just a great rhyme that works. We called Drew Brees “mole face” for years but it was just a divisional rival thing. No one actually hates these people. Except maybe Sean Payton. He actually is a piece of poo.

Adding onto this, this is an actual quote from Reid today when asked about new years resolutions: “I was going to say eat less, but then I’d feel like Pinocchio.” Everyone loves Andy Reid because he’s a fun guy and a great offensive mind. No one cares about his weight besides his family I guess if they want him to be healthier. I think the “Fatt Fhule” stuff just rolls so great off the tongue. He’s not even that fat, just a basic dad bod, but it works so well.

LOL. Brenton Bersin is definitely in his will somewhere. I’m not sure of all the details but JR and his sons definitely had a falling out. He didn’t have to sell, but I think after the blue jeans Friday stuff came out he wanted to sell and disappear from the public eye.

True. I think he really is seething inside. He made this big purchase to buy a team, he’s always been the head honcho in his professional life, he fires the old guy and gets enamored with Big Rhule. And what does he get? A steaming pile of poo. Some people say he only cares about soccer, but he’s a guy not used to losing. I have no idea what’s in store for the future but how he handles this will tell us a lot.

I’ll probably still watch because I love football, but I won’t care about the outcome. Burning stuff is weird to me. You already paid for it, no one is losing but you. Give it away if it’s an eyesore. Will not be going to any games though, which will be the first year I haven’t gone to a game in 11 years (minus 2020 covid stuff).

Huddle used to rip Person (with good reason) but he’s been really good since joining the Athletic. His persona is so interesting. A clueless man, I remember an interview with a player he wasn’t a part of, and he just walks through staring at his phone without a care in the world. Joe Person being our hero is so fitting.
