Robby Anderson: “We don’t want no fake fans”
PandaMan replied to Panthers Rhule's topic in Carolina Panthers
Yep, and from a guy born in NYC and having coached in Philly at Temple, Rhule knows the art of the boo. One of few things he’s an expert on -
Unfortunately I think Rhule might actually believe it’s working.
-
Yep, can’t wait for the post tomorrow about our new partnership with Lifesaver Gummies Harris Teeter Soccer Youth League after yet another blowout loss
-
After the Urban Meyer clusterfug they’ve gotta go for an established NFL winner like Pederson. Caldwell would be good to fix their culture but they’ll probably go for the flashier hire in Doug. Joe Judge is apparently staying in NY, so the turnover isn’t very high this year. Sucks for us if we ditch Rhule next season and there’s a run on coaches
-
At this point I just want Cam to keep getting rushing TD’s to extend his QB rushing TD record. This team is cheeks and we’re not winning anything right now. He’s given everything he has for this game and this franchise, if he wants to keep playing then we might as well use the skills that always set him apart to further embolden his legacy. I don’t see him tarnishing anything, his franchise records will stay records for a long time and he’s just doing what he can to help his team. Different viewpoints I guess
-
I think we’re safe from those concerns. We aren’t winning anything for a very long time
-
Ha, yeah not even sure how I got Whitfield out of Whitworth. But yeah, you’re right. It’s hard to gauge player’s preferences when some guys don’t want to come here, but good free agents who could’ve gotten a lot more like Reddick signed with us for cheap. Never know what’s going on behind the scenes so it’s easy to be cynical
-
Not even just the draft, people were thinking guys like Andrew Whitfield were almost washed up when he was up for FA and he’s been all-pro caliber with the Rams. We just settle for scrubs and don’t make moves for quality linemen

We are DOOMED! Panthers expect Rhule back for 2022...WTF
PandaMan replied to usmcpanthers's topic in Carolina Panthers
The D has fallen off, now it’s just a stinky sign in the corner that says “BO” -
Apparently BC has been taking first team reps at LT this week, shocking as it may sound. Has Rhule come around? Probably not, but hey I’ll take anything positive!

Mike Florio rags on Rhule, Darnold and the Panthers
PandaMan replied to BlitzMonster's topic in Carolina Panthers
No doubt, Rhule would’ve been under a lot more scrutiny earlier in the year without Urban. As much of a clown show as we are, Urban brought all of Barnum and Bailey + the bearded lady -
At this point I’d prefer moving down for more picks and taking Cross in the early teens

Need some of those Bojangles ads. Cajun filet biscuit w egg and cheese and some Bo Rounds, and sweet tea. Enough to change a man’s life

Delhomme sacrificed everything for our current mojo against AZ

Might as well throw Zylstra on the OL at this point and see what he does. He’s doing everything else

Doug Pederson on how to build a "quarterback room"
PandaMan replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
Double doink was the 2018 season and the Eagles lost the next game. Eagles won the SB in 2017 mostly due to great coaching -
Nagy blows, but Bears fans were chanting for him to be fired at his kid’s football game. Pretty classless. This, however, is funny. Join us in the misery bears bro.

Rivera’s teams actually improved at the end of the season. We have regressed in every way imaginable

Cam Newton is now top 25 in all time Rushing Touchdowns
PandaMan replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
Regardless, he had a big impact on the game. The amount of “Cam won’t succeed because read option doesn’t work in the NFL” rhetoric was ridiculous, and he proved them all wrong. Was he an all time great passer? No. But he won MVP with his legs AND his arm, and in his prime was one of the most dynamic players ever. His uniqueness as a quarterback might be what gets him in if he can play a few more seasons. -
He sweats all over himself and was a fry cook like Tepper. How are you not sold?
-
He’s been with them what he was expected to be with us. Good run stopper, suspect in coverage. He didn’t practice with us basically ever due to injury and was one of the only unvaxxed guys on the team. He would be better than Carter for sure, but at the time it was honestly the right move. He likely would’ve been cut anyways

Ronald Jones with a career game this week

They had a PJ Walker FG attempt and it was hilarious. I think he made the kick

Except in the playoffs, I guess. Not that I’m complaining. Much rather see Tampa Tom win last year than Dirty Drew and the gang
