When can still restructure few more deals and create $20M more in cap. So we could potentially have $30-$40M in cap.

Very good deal compared to Adam’s. This is bargain.

ESPN's David Newton believes Gardner Minshew could be "a possibility" for the Panthers. Carolina has swung and missed on every big-name quarterback looking for a change of scenery of the past couple offseasons, including Deshaun Watson, who eliminated the Panthers from his potential destinations this week. Minshew -- signed through the 2022 season with the Eagles -- could conceivably serve as competition for Sam Darnold, the team's presumed 2022 starter after striking out on Watson. Minshew was solid in two 2021 starts for Philadelphia, completing 68.6 percent of his passes and throwing four touchdowns to one interception. A volatile producer during his tenure in Jacksonville, Minshew would be a last-ditch option for the down-bad Panthers.

The Charlotte Observer's Jonathan Alexander believes franchise quarterbacks "have no interest" in signing with the Panthers. Deshaun Watson this week became the latest high-end quarterback to turn down the Panthers after a full year of all-out recruitment by Panthers owner David Tepper and the QB-desperate organization. Russell Wilson, meanwhile, did not waive his no-trade clause to come to Carolina, instead choosing Denver. In 2021, Matthew Stafford shunned the Panthers in favor of the Rams. Christian McCaffrey and D.J. Moore haven't proven appealing enough for an elite QB to take a chance with the Panthers, and head coach Matt Rhule -- who will likely be gone after 2022 barring a drastic turnaround -- hasn't had any success in luring big-name signal callers. That leaves the team with the hideous prospect of starting Sam Darnold again in 2022 if they don't use their first-round pick (sixth overall) on a QB. -
I like Willis. Very good footwork, throwing motion and freaking bullet arm. He will make it in the NFL.

Panthers have $32M is space right now with option to get it to $50M.

This would be one of the better OLs in football and very good D.
