Arsenal will drop big $$$ on new manager. If you look around European soccer, only handful of teams pay big $$$ to managers, Arsenal is one of those teams. Wenger is like 4th highest paid manager in the world. Most people follow the money so if you thrown $$$ at Klopp or Conte, they will come. Arsenal will likely to sign big name manager and not from EPL. Current salaries: Wenger - 7m pounds Klopp - 3.5m pounds Conte - 2.5m pounds Arsenal straight is midfield and passing game so Arsenal will likely go for a manager that fits the system.

Antonio Conte was brough up by the board as Wenger replacement before. Conte quit Juve cause he was underpaid... Making only 3.5m euros. As Italy coach he's making 4.5m euros for less work. Arsenal can double that if they want too. Conte won Champions League and he knows he will get a good offer soon. In Juve, he'll continue to be underpaid.

I just read online that its impossible to put a time table on it. It all depends on ones body and how fast muscle will heal. If tear is small, he should be back in fe weeks but if tear is big then he might have to miss few months.

It's actually might workout well with stabborn Wenger. He keeps playing Welbeck Alexis-Cazorla-Ozil It's a horrible formation that relies a lot on passing and lacks speed and physicality. Ozil is not a a good winger and struggles mighty playing there but Wenger keeps forcing him to play out of the position... Welbeck Alexis-Cazorla-Oxe Is much better formation. Oxe has been awesome this year but Wenger refuses to give him more playing time. Oxe is super fast and very physical. Walcott is set to retun next week as well and Ramsey is coming back in 4 weeks.
