Lol. Nobody has to spin anything he's a fountain of f' ups.
-
Wish I could send you a case of real beer on that one
-
No. Got any connections in the Panthers FO? I'd like a guy fired.
-
We're picking a QB next draft 6-11 incoming.
-
When Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold and PJ Walker are your priority, yeah.... What a f'n joke. Yes, Matt Rhule, he's rich, he'll be fine....
-
No he wasn't but personally I'd take him over anybody in this QB room.
-
Didn't fall off like Clausen, he had two contracts with Miami if I'm not mistaken.
-
Why not build from the draft INSTEAD of the trash heap? I've seen enough, even before the season, the mishandling of Matt Corral would've been the last straw. No vision for the "future" you sabotaged his development to the degree that you kind of put him into harms way without sufficient reps, as an afterthought because you never planned for him to play despite what he(Young Lion) said to the media. McAdoo, Snow, Wilkes can stay. This HC is stuck in academia, his heart is in amateur sports, so much so it's crying out loud. Punch his ticket send Rhule back to school. He's rich, believe me, he's not a second year LB, he'll be fine. He'll be know for donuts day. I prefer jeans day but to each his own.

If I was a owner I'd seriously have to ask him why he drafted Matt Corral, where was he on our big board and when does this menagerie of former OK QBs stop? He dropped from being a consensus first rounder when college football ended. In actuality he's the same guy who fired up Ole Miss to be a better SEC team.

Perfect guy to come in and just let Tepper sit back. No worries. He needs to call that man, pay Michigan, swap coaches, make a damn deal.
-
Jim Harbaugh isn't just worth the $$$$$ as a coach it doesn't matter what QB you draft, he's a former long time NFL QB with da Bears, he's a in house QB guru. He took Kaep to the Superbowl, built a simplistic offense around what the player did best.
-
I love his .695 NFL win percentage!
-
The staff, at least half of them should have been focused on Matt Corrals development. Instead he's out there trying to run full speed not having the reps or contact other guys had to get into football shape he was out at the end of the bench to his own devices. Matt Rhule needs to go. Jim Harbaugh would absolutely LOVE Matt Corral.

If you can't develop rookie QBs, the lifeblood of NFL franchises, you have no business coaching. YOU Matt Rhule given your chances REFUSE to do what Bill Belichick does, develop rookie QBs into stars. You need to resign. Or brass balls needs to man up and fire you.
-
Imaginary pushups don't make you stronger. Matt Rhule ahead of time said he was going to redshirt him and did redshirt him. Still in the college mindset. It's all about developing rookie QBs in the NFL. That's usually a priority. Not for Matt Rhule. Used underwear lover.

It doesn't matter who is doing it when we can all see the mismanagement. Even this reporter is seeing exactly what most of us here have been seeing with the total disrespect and disdain for a damn good rookie.
-
No. Panther Matt Moore was sitting behind Jake most of his time here. He went on to start and do pretty well for Miami. He wasn't going to be at Jake Delhomme so he went out and earned the starting job for the Dolphins and did well considering. He didn't fall off like Clausen when he left here, that's for sure.
-
He didn't get all the help in the world. The drops, the two false starts, Patriots downing it on the three, the sack.
-
Our point is he actually looks like he would have been worth more reps this camp if not for Rhules confusion. Nobody gets to the level this kid has without talent. Of course he could've played, with a better line. PJ got twisted up too.
-
He's definitely that guy that takes forever at the drive thru or ATM.
-
That golden arm though. He's so accurate with that cannon. He throws some lasers. The ball hops off his hands. None of what he's showed us in camp or in limited snaps is easy. He makes it look easy. If someone can't "see" "it" they never will. To think that's the last we'll get to see and he becomes Rhules private dancer soon is depressing. He has all the tools, another coach would have loved him. He runs like a RB. He actually switched hands on the sideline on his run. This dude is a true dual threat.
-
He actually looks good. With reps and actually playing football he may have been ready to be QB1(with the right coach) or QB2. I was just thinking of Matt Moore the other day. He had a better than average career. Matt Moore would actually win this "QB Competition". Corral is a slightly more skilled, more mobile Matt Moore. I think that's his career trajectory. Once he bulks up a little, gets stronger he'll be a problem. He looks very good at times in spite of Matt Rhules sabotage.
-
Corral gets the ball there fast. His arm is quietly Cam like with his velocity, Brees like with his accuracy (except for one maybe two balls) he was putting it in dudes hands. His release is so fast it gives him a extra second to scan. If you know what you're looking for you can see these traits and the "skillset" McAdoo spoke of. Eyes are on Corral because you can see it coming but he's in definitely in preseason form due to not being able to build chemistry with anyone but imaginary players in his mental reps. Wasted pick if you weren't going to take him seriously.

I see them cutting 2 QBs. They drafted two. I think the real competition has been Sam/Baker, PJ/Corral.
