I hope Corral has another Coach next season for ours and his own good. The mishandling was because he was sooo eager to get garbage Baker on the field and PJ keep his job. He lied to us about the QB competition, it never was if Baker was always on a pedestal coddled, protected from real hard work or scrutiny. In a real competition everyone would have had a chance to play with the first or at least second team. Only Baker and Sam got to "compete" and they'd already decided Sam was out so.... Bullcrap

Experience at HC, proven success at HC, anything else at this time would thrust this franchise into the cellar for good like the Jets. We can't take that chance. THIS rebuild of the teardown has to be done right.

Is DJ the only player being misused by this regime? Nope. I'd say DJ is a defensive focal point as in don't let him and CMC beat you. Cam had DJ looking like an all-pro before he was kicked out. With a decent QB DJ is a beast. Baker must be a huge letdown for any star receiver. Baker is a 50% completion QB this year, THAT should be enough for the bench. That kind of inaccuracy wouldn't go without a QB change on any other team even if it's PJ.

He's physically Smitty but his psyche is gentle Julius. We always used to say here that although both will be HOF, we wished we could put Smitty into Julius'body, that would equal a dog like no other ever.

DJ wants to be here genuinely. Give thanks for that. DJ also can't throw to himself. DJ is also heavily game planned unlike other guys who just showed up.
