  1. Nah, the BBQ just ain't right.
  2. I watched a PBS documentary on horse racing. They're cocky as hell.
  3. Anybody ever watched how much differently a million dollar+ horse behaves? They KNOW they're the poo.
  4. I loved Will Levis' breakout season he showed why he should be a first rounder. I've been saying since last season that Will Levis was a good 15-32 pick. The physicalness of this class takes a huge jump with Levis and Richardson in the conversation for top ten. Since I'm on the Levis bandwagon I would prefer someone in the 15-32 range fall in love with the guy or "steals" him. I love super confident individuals warranted or not, this man has a huge arm, NFL body, he has worked his ass off to get to this point, look at his body, he's obsessive. He's a third generation QB in his family. These kids are raised to be super confident and super aggressive and to forget the last play, remember your greatness instead and because others are not self assured they mistake supreme confidence as "arrogance". It's not.
  5. He said that but he was around him enough to see him working
  6. We're talking about a Cam type QB here. That 4.4 matters in this discussion as we already know, two different animals. Cam wasn't Tom Brady but Cam and Company beat the Patriots like a drum.
  7. Did any of them run a 4.4?! Not sure.
  8. You can't take AR first. You'd basically have to guarantee Stroud. That's where in a couple years you look like a genius or total idiot. Such is the life of a GM. Not mine...
  9. People that have also trained big time QBs are saying ARs arm is the best they've seen EVER as far as a bazooka, those guys are talking about "all time" type of arm. Guys. Fitt gut check time. I'm glad it's not me. I love a couple of these QBs obviously but AR is the one I'd run away with...sorry....and I wouldn't understand why...
  10. See, the margins are even more maddening here. AR makes this a very tough decision. The teams under us, their decision is easy and I think AR is trending upward. The backflips?! The arm?! The speed?! Power?!
  11. 6'4" 232lbs, runs a 4.4, can throw 80yrds sitting down. I don't know guys. He's like crack to Cam bandwagon. He could dominate. This is tough because when it's STROUD vs Young to me, just to me, that's easy. Now STROUD vs Richardson, especially after pro day, AR has the very high potential of being a Cam and as we ALL know here, Cam at 80% was still a good QB. Cam at 100% we all know what that looks like. But the refs though, will they penalize him in the pocket with no-calls in an effort to equalize the run threat and TD threat Cam was? That was the campaign against Cam NFL wide those years in a nutshell.
  12. I hate to scramble any minds here because this is already water torture, but IF AR is Cam could STROUD be Gabbert?! Only the hurndog could sniff that one out 100% that year because neck speech had Gabbert as the #1. Oh the agony!
  13. The No. 1 pick should be used on the most risk-averse prospect, not a best-case-scenario-proposition. I see AR and the Cam vibes are all there. Us having Cam for so long and then seeing his "type" a "type" we as Panthers fans know you only get maybe now once again in thirteen years. My bells are going all off on AR and that part of me just wants to take him and say f' that, I know what he needs, we know what NOT to do with heeeem, we'll give you a better line, better coaching, better receivers and game planning this time around, you can trust us...take our hand.. But STROUD though, out of the box, he offers pinpoint accuracy that not even a more polished than AR Cam possessed which was pretty damn good coming out of Auburn. I have a feeling that in a very sneaky way this may become one of the better QB drafts in recent history. Only time will tell.
  14. Lol. Payton liked Pickett too though. And Eli had Matt Corrals back. We'll see...
  15. The video someone posted here I think it was Cowturd who had a guest who is a trainer of some sort. Somehow that guy had worked with or around the top 4 QBs and he loves STROUD, Young AND Levis. He put Levis along with STROUD and Young. Said he's the real deal. He didn't give AR the time of day though. I made that determination last season and Payton Manning said so a couple months back. Who are any of you to argue with Payton Manning?!
  16. His risk/reward to me makes him a better prospect than Young in my mind. If this coaching staff could harness that and direct that arm, build offenses around who he is you've got a guy with a very similar skill set to our former MVP and 4.4 weapon. Power, speed, huge arm. To me it's between AR and Levis as the true #2 QB not the trap QB. The crystal ball for what actually happens with these guys will be very interesting. I think AR may actually suffer like Cam did in the wrong situation. I actually think his career would be safer in Carolina for a number of reasons but a trade back would be in order because although I had AR as the third best prospect coming in, seeing his abilities outside of the game in this setting shows you the HUGE potential he has and puts him for me as a tossup this draft for #2QB.
  17. He's a coaches dream and a reason for a GM to drink heavily.
  18. I'd love to take over that place and make it what it should be. They insist on cheap and want real money for it. I look on the menu and they've allied themselves with the same mass food brands nobody even wants in their grocery stores these days. I don't see how they survive another twenty years without trying to remake themselves and their sub-par image. Burger King on 16 did that to me a couple times. Damnit be the King. Even Five Guys is smashing everything they offer with a smaller menu and more $$$. If they would shut that sht down, bring back the eighties whopper along with a new 2023 gourmet style burger the legend could continue but all the cheap GMO'S...
