  1. Basically giving his agent the go, if true. I'd try him at WR first though.
  2. He's making WR money. He'd wouldn't get contact from 300lb linemen every damn touch. He should have been Cooper Kupp in the NFL. That would have been a position swap that everyone could understand and get behind. He should have been used exactly like they used Smitty, but again that was a professional NFL staff.
  3. Genuinely coming in and making things better would have engendered more good will from the community and may have come at a much much cheaper cost and much less drama. Instead the common "rebuild"(let me figure this out) con that is constantly sold to fans of bottom feeding franchises. We're now fighting for scraps from the Jets ... Not saying he should have kept Ron or Cam even, but they should have been replaced with equal or superior talent. If not, if you're into winning actual NFL keep good/great parts and focus on weak position groups (OL) and go from there. Instead this voyage of crashing a franchise and pissing off the community is the order of the day. Smh.
  4. Tepper take the wheel. You've got a good racecar especially since you now have QB1 back in the building. Cheaper and probably more effective than thirsting after another QB that doesn't want you. You can now groom the right future QB while he watches a legend a professional. You are now a couple interior o lineman and d lineman away from actually being a threat in the division with a healthy CMC and a competent NFL level coach for WR and TEs. Speaking of coaching Total destruction of your race car isn't building it's quite the opposite. Your whole team feels it. Tepper take the wheel and hand the keys to a professional driver. Insanity is...
  5. No, Panthers aren't supposed to jump into the John Harbaugh to Las Vegas narrative the media is going with. How dare you Charlotte?
  6. Mike Ditka was a good/great coach. I can see why two of his players have done pretty well coaching in the NFL in Ron Rivera and John Harbaugh. Ron's defense does seem to play tougher in November.
  7. Didn't Cam get in trouble for not wearing a tie? What's different?
  8. He's trying to teach them self discipline. He's a former QB from the 80's football wasn't for soft guys back then. He came into a f'd up situation and showed them discipline and took them to the big game in year 2. Maybe if they "bought in" more instead of whining about taking life seriously they may have actually won that Superbowl. The same people bringing up that disfunctional FO in SF and the whiney btches he whipped into shape to actually be in a Superbowl are the same people complaining about the lack of elite coaching in the history of this franchise. Other guys are a maybe, like Rhule and others. This guy is bonafide. He had a long NFL career at QB. HE, not Fhule was a professional athlete. HE has self discipline you can see it. Not Fhules gold, this coach is for real.
  9. Matt Fhule had no NFL HC experience so yeah, took a chance. Harbaugh is a proven leader. AP coach of the year. Rhule ever get that?
  10. Harbaugh, 58, is the rare college coach who has proven he can be elite as an NFL head man. In four years with the 49ers, he went 44-19-1 and took San Francisco to a Super Bowl in his second year. And that was with a franchise that had not had a winning season in eight years. uh, yes please.
  11. Charlotte would be battle vs brothers central. John vs Jim, Melo vs Alonzo.
  12. Sam's noodle arms look like he hasn't seen a weight room, ever. How can you be in the NFL and not lift? Two people who don't work on their bodies as professionals around that equipment every day pointing fingers at the man who keeps his body ripped by himself at home. Discipline vs non-disciplined. Cams work ethic and leadership and self discipline is world class, the other two, just trying to con another big payday.
  13. Most of our best players on the team now who want to achieve great things but may have very little time. They're in their prime now like CMC,DJ,B.Burns for example. All this rebuilding is amateur talk. If you don't WIN in the NFL you won't have a job. You should be building your team to win every season.
  14. Instant respect in the locker room. Michigan hasn't suffered from him being there, just the opposite so the past doesn't look like it was all him. People talking about "leader of boys" need to remember he played and coached(with great success) in the NFL. This is a professional. The resume stands.
  15. And Harbaugh ain't coddling anybody. This is the guy who actually could straighten guy like Sam out. I'd rather see what he'd do with Cam. THAT would be exciting.
  16. If that applied to a guy now on the streets. He's gotten rave reviews at Michigan so that most recent assessment may be more correct. He had a stellar career in the NFL as a head coach in spite of all that and went to a Superbowl as an NFL HC. Who else has his resume? He's not Fhules gold.
  17. If he says yes to coaching in the NFL it's a no-brainer. He should be #1 on Teppers list. This guy has done it as a coach and player. Same background as Ron Rivera as a player under Ditka but a QB. Toughness would be the first requirement with Harbaugh. You won't see a minute on that field playing soft.
  18. He took the NFL by storm. He designed a system around an almost one read QB and took them to the Superbowl. He was an NFL QB and had a pretty long career. This is our guy. He turned SF around in short order.
  19. This is where we're headed without some course correction
