Nobody has a .695 NFL win percentage in four years like Jim Harbaugh. Look it up, he ranks among the best, John Madden, others. He should be the obvious next up coach in the NFL, but like Corral people judge him on rumors not real world performance. He didn't crash out at Michigan either, quite the opposite.

That's one off my 7-10 down to 6-11 now. This is worse than Seifert but this time the players are getting coddled and the fanbase is feeling the abuse. This demise of our franchise is heart rendering. Only one man(.695 NFL win %) is a lock to fix this mess and allow Tepper to sit back and watch the magic. Football is militarized. Discipline. If you're not where your supposed to be the whole unit fails. No taping on chests my bad sh*t. Jim Harbaugh doesn't have time for that, especially as far as grown well compensated men are concerned. This isn't a country club. Some guys, even your favorites have only this one shot for glory. Injury could happen to anyone especially playing the biggest strongest fastest athletes on the planet. That's why there should be urgency every season, not oh, um I'm just trying something here, yeah 7yrs.

I'm so glad you guys are here so we can have a sane and rational discussion. You guys are both right in a lot of ways. There's a long history that you both can account for. I never thought Baker was that next level QB. Very high expectations at the outset for whatever reason (bad scouting) but the poster is correct. If the other team has a defense and a superior QB don't expect miracles. I see a lack of focus. Call of Duty should be replaced by hard work in the physical world instead.

His bad decisions didn't start in the last two minutes. It stands before us in all it's flaws and it's a representation of the coach. The team becomes his spirit animal. That animal is a rabbit. Prey.

We're over the target that's why. Everybody can see he's not capable and wasn't qualified for a HC position in the NFL. His teams didn't even dominate anybody in college football. Everybody, fans, media, the janitor know this guy is holding this organization back because he's not a true disciplined NFL HC. Soft. Now the Panthers are soft. If you don't rebuild with the right leadership it becomes a back to square one situation. That's where we're at. A new coach has to come in and clean this mess. An NFL coach.

If college is ROTC, professional football is special forces. We need military type discipline back in that building. NOBODY would bring it like Jim Harbaugh. .695 win percentage in four years?! Players better shut up and be lead to win. They'll be happy later. The NFL is war, you need a strong general in command. Plus he's a former long time NFL QB. HE knows the grind. He knows the discipline.
