Carolina Panthers HC's - Winning % Through First Two Seasons
rippadonn replied to kungfoodude's topic in Carolina Panthers
It's a rebuild ya'll! If you've got a good coach, FIRE HIM! If you've got a QB, best one in franchise history, FIRE HIM! Everybody knows you start a rebuild with the most difficult parts to replace. Nevermind starting with your greatest weaknesses. -
Ask Ron if we can interview Scott Turner please! Ron would probably love to see Scott get the opportunity to be a head coach.

Scott Turner? I'd welcome that.

Hey, Tepper, next time hire a grown up coach
rippadonn replied to rayzor's topic in Carolina Panthers
NFL head coach for hire experience preferred. -
Also when he's hitting DJ in the hands and chest with the ball and he doesn't catch it or him and Robby are falling down out of their breaks it's obviously Cams accuracy. Right. Stop beating up on Cam. They have no discipline on this offense. Go rewatch the game and stop it.

Joe Brady is a play calling genius. You forgot that part of the equation.
-
But but but....Cam should be finished in this league... Silly is as silly says.

Cam Newton should be done as a starting QB in this league
rippadonn replied to NAS's topic in Carolina Panthers
Hater circle jerk. Millions of dollars says ur wrong. Keep jerking, sure it feels good. -
We are seeing the end of Cam's career
rippadonn replied to Hayden Panettiere's topic in Carolina Panthers
DJ and Robby needed different cleats with all the falling down on routes. Seriously. -
No. They hit paydirt in the draft on a guy the Panthers passed on. That guy showed he could play as a rookie. Cam wasn't needed at that point. Rookie contract.

People lose jobs in the NFL for not being able to adjust. Rebuilding is a gimmick. Admitted weakness and happiness about weakness and foolery to get where exactly? We can already see dad is lost and never listened to the GPS anyways. The look on his face today. Did you see it? He looked like a man ready to accept his fate. The NFL pays a lot for a reason. Not For Long Nobody has time for rebuilding no matter what the owner says. There is a flaw in coaching they don't know how to counterpunch.

I said we'd struggle to win six. That was with Sam and this defense. I said, then, that the defense would beast but the offense would continue to struggle scoring enough points to win. Clout is key in the NFL. Especially at coach, you need juice. Nobody in the NFL wants to hear about college. You have to lead grown men and it's pressure and you need a good system and staff. Some guys come with a NFL staff and systems. If we're making the best college team ever, ok, but c'mon.

I said that before the season and soon got the bant stick. They never tell you why. But it hurts
-
Reload don't rebuild. That's how you keep your job in the NFL, no matter what the owner says.
-
Are you watching the same team? I'm pulling for my team but the look on his face today said it all. Done. Nothing is trending upward. NFL.

The refereeing in this game was just as biased and they (refs) carried out the same game plan for the Panthers as they did to a tee vs WFT. Slow them down. Let the other team catch up and know that you're on their side. Ron adapted. He understood it and handled it gracefully. He knew the refs flew in on the plane with the 49ers at BofA. We saw the refs cheat for the 49ers because the lowly Panthers were not to upset them on their way to playing Seattle that year. They put out an ad that year featuring the 49ers vs Seattle in the big game. In hindsight, bold as f'. Point is, the Panthers get jobbed, alot. Washington Generals for their Globe Trotters to punk. Remember the bad officiating vs Denver? They barely touched Sam and they threw the flag the other day. I was stunned. Must be narrative approved. The solution?! You need all eyes on you. Respect. You need the stage. You got Cam. You need a larger than life coach who is respected by the game. Pedigree. Chucky. Back to the NFC South. Your team would have credibility and an offensive mind who could take over and use our weapons properly. Comes with his own NFL staff. Moves like that help you in the circus we call NFL Entertainment. Moves like bringing back Cam put eyes on you. Chucky is a personality even bigger than that of QB1. Gruden, all though many here don't like him would probably do very well coming back to the NFCS. We have elite talent on this team. You just need the key. I hope coach can pull a Ron Rivera but... May need to make some phonecalls. My cheap alternative since you've just blown through a lot of cash on Rhule, Rod Chudzinsky may come cheaper and appreciate a reunion with Cam.

They'll blame Cam for everything although it's only been 2 1/2 weeks for him here in a weak sauce offense. It's coaching they're not prepared for a counter punch. They don't know how to coach around biased officials. They aren't resilient enough. These are things seasoned NFL people know about and adapt to.

You totally get it.

Not fair. Agree to disagree. The refs took the sails out of the offense and defense early. It snowballed and coaches again had no answers. Play design at down and distance has been horrible. Cam looked great last week. Put that jersey back on. We get a real coach and OC, Cam will be fine. They sucked before AND after Cam walked out that door. Don't turn on Cam again. He didn't deserve it then and doesn't deserve it now. Joe Brady can't scheme. Blame him.
