Urban Meyer was a waaaay better college coach and even he had difficulty. You have to have NFL breeding to be successful in the league. Sad but true. Took Tepper tens of millions to now realize just how difficult the NFL is.

Yup, so far after 4yrs straight of losing seasons. No comparison. One guy knows stocks. The other guy was part of the NFL fraternity and actually knew football. The learning curve for Tepper is showing. It was Richardson's soul mission to put an NFL team here. 3NFC championships 2 Superbowls You are correct, nothing to belittle or sneeze at. It took KC 50yrs to get back to the Superbowl. Richardson did a great job. Proof is in the pudding.
