    He refused to draft a QB. He went through some backup level QBs as if that and his scheme would beat the NFL. He was told to call Cam. That was the beginning of the end. For him to blame Cam, who just got here, for any of this is fireable in my eyes. He refuses to adapt. It's Teddy, it's Brady, it's Cam. Cams trying to save your ass......and his legacy.

    See, if I've got hot garbage at left tackle and a guy who can play LT as a ROOKIE!? I'm all over that, let the other guys try a play G. Getting a good/great LT in what the 3rd round makes you look like a genius. No genius here.

    Nobody has been put on notice for like at least three years maybe four. That was classic Zod. That guy must have been poo'd out with his last bite of red meat. Teh huddle has become a sad place to be.

    We can't afford an upstart. Head coaching experience on the NFL level is like nothing else. We need to galvanize the fan base with an experienced leader in the locker room. Someone who can walk in and set up shop immediately. You know who that is.

    Are we going to see the Cam Newton that we could never see because of an OC in the way? Are we finally going to see an offense by and for Cam ala Tom Brady? At least make this interesting.

    Constantly trying puzzle pieces that may or not fit is an act in futility. THIS is a man Tepper CAN hand the keys to the fleet to. He's proved it. Over and over. Pay HIM.
