I think Stockholm Syndrome is setting in.

Coaching to me, has been this teams biggest weakness. Rhule is by far the least experienced coach this team has ever employed and it shows.

I'm betting on McAdoo. Failure is having to start Darnold because he couldn't get Corral ready to play day one. I could be wrong but I don't think McAdoo will fail us.

It will help if developing our younger starters is made a priority, not constantly trying to fit Darnold(square peg) in an NFL hole for the fifth year, when everyone knows it's not a fit. Nothing personal, it's just Sam has had more opportunities than most to "show what he can do". Time to turn the page on the Green Eggs Sam.

Again, Matt Corral or Icky makes a mistake it's an opportunity for growth when they are on the field. You put Darnold out there to continue to make mistakes it's further decay and failure. Why not choose growth over further decay?

The media has caught up to what the huddle could see coming two years ago. Before last season they were on Teppers nuts because of his $. Now after all the wanton destruction they can see what we were screaming about, now we have all reached consensus that this franchise is mismanaged. Mac was better than average as a rookie starter. Mac Jones had a 67% completion percentage his first year. That's damn good and far more accurate than anything Sam Darnold could muster. Mac is superior to Sam as a rookie, yeah.

Here's his chance to reinvent himself. Hopefully he is more humble and harder working this time. I'd say his taking over the QB room almost immediately tells you he going to be very hands on with Corral especially which to me is a very good thing for both of them right now. McAdoo if he gets Corral out there playing like a champ, will redeem himself in a way. If he turns this #32(lol) offense around he can prove to the NFL that he's HC material again. I'm rooting for the guy. I hope he can shock the world with Matt Corral. The potential is there. You make this kid believe in himself day one. The Panthers were the team that traded up to get him because THEY believed after everyone else passed. That's a Aaron Rodgers sized chip I'd like to see him exercise much sooner rather than later because Brett Favre is NOT on this roster, not in the least.

Nothing to lose by making Matt Corall your starter NOW. At least everyone knows their role from day one. F' the ceremony. Sam had his chance. Let the kid play. He CAN do it.
