Remember the huddle was a place of pride, a place you could talk smack to Falcunts, Aints and Tampon Bay fans. Can't say sht now. Nobody has been put on notice for like years now.... That and Lilsmitty09 made this a much more fun place.

I'd love to see him back on the huddle, he was the best here at videos. I assume he'll be all over Matt Corral. Can't wait! Welcome back bro!

James Borrego / Matt Rhule…. Is their a worse 1-2 combo

That's a done deal. Well deserved for actually doing well and not embarrassing us. -

Yes, back to a playoff team again, we lost a playoff calibre team and we're back. Can the same be said for the Panthers? No. Still climbing out of a hole made by Tepper. Hornets are a much better product. Not debatable. Tell your boy to get his weight up before he can sniff Jordans jockstrap. -
Best coaching hire so far. I really like this guy. Either you McAdoo or you McAdon't!

James Borrego / Matt Rhule…. Is their a worse 1-2 combo

That was actually a dig at Tepper. He has yet to bring the franchise back to where it was before he became owner. You know, the self inflicted pit they now have to crawl out of to not be a bottom feeder(win%) franchise. Jordan and the Hornets organization is making Appaloser (until he changes that) look like amateurs in Charlotte sports. Richardson sports too. -

The middle ain't bad folks. You're much much closer to striking distance. -

Jordan has achieved getting the Hornets franchise back to what they were before they left Charlotte. Before the Hornets left it was " how do we leave the middle?" We're back to the middle under Jordan at least. We were bottom feeding Bobbed cats. -

I don't think he's a bad owner at all. The in stadium experience from Bobcat Johnson to Michael Jordan was a dramatic change for the better. Win or lose, it's a party. The courts and uniforms are FIRE and his quest to regain the legendary Hornets name will go down in North Carolina lore for generations. He'll take that. He said publicly many times that IF he finally has that squad that can compete he will pay the luxury tax. He's said that for years. Is this that squad? Yes. That's why D'Antoni is rumored to be the new HC and his 7 second offense is made for LaMelo. Jordan brought in Mitch as GM. That has been fruitful. As of now the Hornets have the most accomplished and mature franchise owner in Charlotte sports for sure. I don't think the Jordan is a bad owner mantra will stand the test of time. -
Why waste any more time and resources on obvious backup trajectory guys trying to relive glory lost? The NFL knows what Baker Mayfield, Gimmy G, and Sam Darnold are, the Browns, 49ers and Jets already spent millions trying to figure that out. Why throw good money after bad? Stop the foolishness. Let's eat!

? I'm a fan of both. Haven't eaten there in a very long time though. And if our boy takes the name as his own forever, that's what I was going for. You cool Sizzle, I'm happy you're here. Tepper has to earn it though, even moreso because of hubris. I do think he'll become a good/great owner but that will hinge on him not driving the Bentley and sitting where he's supposed to. If he hasn't been keeping in touch with Jerry Richardson he needs to change that immediately. If he still has his it Mr.Tepper needs seek his mentorship from time to time. He's the ONLY person who knows and has succeeded at being the owner of the Carolina Panthers. His insight is more valuable than say, the owner of the Jets, who's # he needs to burn. Next time you golf with the big guy bring this up. Thx. Let's Eat!

Josh Norman Talks about his fight with Cam

Greg Hardy and Steve Smith on that 2015 squad, there would have been a brawl refs included. -
Our all black uniforms are better than most of the league. Just need an alternate helmet in black.

Why? It didn't happen!? Did we have a winning season in the last four years? Has the historical win percentage gone up or down? Maybe running things like academia in a professional setting wasn't a great tactical approach to not getting rag dolled by other NFL owners and organizations. You are a Tepper superfan. I get it.

"Turning around" would imply the business was struggling prior. The Panthers were historically a franchise that stayed away from the bottom in favor of the middle with a couple blips to the very top. The franchise needs "turning around" after all the errors were made by Tepper himself. While I am glad they brought back Wilkes and brought in McAdoo, who I'm high on, the bar has been set so very low since Tepper acquired the franchise four years ago, middle ground would be a big step up. Turning things around to crawl back to up to the middle from self inflicted wounds is hardly worth a slow clap.

Actually him and Moose would tell stories of how hard their WR coach was on them. They credited their success to that guy, Richard Williamson, iirc Maybe his teachings came off as hot tempered and dismissive of apparent talent lacking discipline. Maybe that coach rubbed off on those two. They were straight up pit bull WRs. Both Moose and Smitty would be the aggressor after the catch. They wanted to stiff arm or pop somebody. That's similar to that old school Walter Payton type football. Old #34 became the hunter when he got the ball. He'd give the hits moreso than taking hits.
